I can’t say enough good things about our experience!. They were able to immediately solve our furniture needs and source prompt delivery, which saved us hours of our day. Snap helped us out tremendously from start to finish. Can’t thank him enough! Skip the big box store and the headache, choose Pittsburgh Furniture Outlet first, you won’t be disappointed.

I'm helping a friend get settled after divorce and was looking for a cost effective way to get a new place furnished. After googling, I found this place. I reached out via the phone and spoke with Bonnie to inquire more about them. I then reached out via FB messenger to see if certain pieces were still available and she was so accommodating and helpful. Yesterday we stopped in to check out some pieces. Bonnie and the gentleman there were both so kind, helpful and understanding. They couldn't have been any nicer. They have a huge selection of furniture, both new and used to choose from. You can rent or buy. A lot of furniture at more "typical" stores right now is on back order which isn't always ideal. Some of the used furniture is in better or worse condition than the next which is to be expected since they can't control how someone cares for the furniture they are leasing. The location was easy to get to with a great parking lot right next door. The space itself was immaculate. Everything was clean and easy to see. They explained how they thoroughly cleaned the each item they lease when it gets turned in which makes me feel much better about buying used from them versus elsewhere. It's definitely a great place to check out if you're in the market for new furniture!

Great selection, great prices, great service. Delivery was fantastic. We had an issue with one of the couches but they immediately responded, came to our house and fixed it properly. Great people.

Excellent customer service. Ray and Chris are a dynamic delivery duo! They kindly assisted with the delivery of my couch and love seat. We called back with a few minor cosmetic issues with my used furniture and they promptly returned to help. Couldn't have asked for a more kind, patient and helpful team. Thanks again guys!

I needed to set up a bedroom in my game room for my visiting father over Christmas. Bonnie was fabulous in helping me get what I needed. The guys that delivered and picked up were polite and professional. The entire experience was great.
