Bought a rug from here, this place is so affordable and has some of the best pieces of furniture that are unique and incredible, the staff are very friendly, I needed an extra option and they brought it out from the warehouse and i purchased it… really great store if you want unique furniture finds.

Mid Centurty and much more! Owner Jonathan has an eye. It shows in his blend and balance of artifacts, furniture and art. Even if you don’t usually like mid century, it’s worth the visit because of all the other top quality pieces he offers. Not many stores in Pittsburgh have such an impeccable selection. Two floors to browse. Also take in the rest of the Butler street indie shopping spots. Even the New York Times sung praises about the shopping in this community. Mostly upscale.

Very cool and interesting collections of furniture. While I did not purchase anything in my last visit, I will definitely be stopping by again in the near future. I also loved seeing all the cool photos, news clippings, and other items that they had found while repurposing the furniture.

This store is the best! We purchased a Milo Baughman chair in pretty good condition for a great price. The owners were incredibly kind and friendly. They loaded the chair in our car without us even asking. Highly recommend checking the store out.

We've been looking for a desk and they were willing to hold one while we got some measurements to see if it would fit in our apartment. Came back a second time and they remembered us! Found a desk that fits and they delivered it nicely - and to my surprise the owner does the deliveries himself. He was identifying furniture make, manufacturer, model, all of that by eye while he was over here, which is some serious passion for the trade. Great folks here.

Amazing gem in central Lawrenceville that you *need* to make time to visit next time you are in the area. I originally thought it was a high-end designer store (way out of my budget) from window browsing and missed out on a lot of time I could have spent browsing great furniture at amazing prices! They consistently bring in and restore an amazing selection that is constantly changing, making it a new experience to visit every couple weeks. They have an especially fine selection of mid-century modern items that come through making me pine for a time before the internet. At this point I have purchased around 6-7 items that make up the 'heart' of my home and I have felt like I got an amazing deal on every single purchase. Stop in as soon as you can!

I filled a new, vacant house I rented here in Pittsburgh with furniture from Pittsburgh Furniture Company. Jonathan was super helpful and accommodating to our needs. The furniture, though used, was in good enough shape for us to use. And it was exactly the kind of furniture we had in our prior home in Evanston, Illinois. The styles were perfect. I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for mid-century modern, vintage furniture.

I am glad to hear there is an amazing owner, which I believe, because I liked what I was able to see in this place. However, I cut the visit very short due to the staff sitting at the desk. We were so excited to come and explore because I was in search of a specific item. When we came in, there was no greeting, just the staff member sitting behind her desk, working on the computer, no greeting, or eye contact. I mentioned that I was looking for something specific, and before I could finish, she said, "Well you can look upstairs." She did not bother to even inquire what we were looking for, so I tried again and said, "If I could let you know what we are seeking, might you put our name on a list", to which she replied, "We used to do that but we have a list of 7,000, so", and before she finished I said, "well that was pretty welcoming". The friend accompanying me asked if I wanted to look upstairs but we were both so put off by the lack of personableness and even dismissiveness that we deemed "millenial-itis", that we promptly left. Sad. I actually hope to come back because the furniture looked great and the prices are reasonable, but I will check to see who is tending the store, first. I also hope the owner reads this and re-evaluates who at the point of contact represents the face of the store which is more than the furniture but also the experience clients have of staff. I am willing to chock it up to a bad day, or of her having an urgent task, maybe, to finish while we were there, but we were the only ones in the shop at the time. There may have been other customers upstairs, but we never saw the second floor.

Great place for finding unique pieces at a great price. Johnathan, the owner, is super friendly and clearly loves what he does... highly recommend checking it out! My husband and I bought several furniture pieces from there and they are one of our favorite things in the house.
