I found Nicole to be a excellent representative for your company. She spent over 25 minutes with me while I purchased my first subscription to CLO . She remained calm when I requested to change my time slot from 8 pm shows to 2pm. She was a true delight to converse with as a first time subscriber.

The Pittsburgh CLO is a wonderful organization. Pittsburgh is lucky to have it. They consistently bring great shows to this city. Happy to be a season ticket holder.

Great meatballs and pasta dishes. If you eat gluten free, you can sub risotto for pasta!

1) they do not answer the phones2) they do not respond to emails3) they always say due to higher than normal phone calls there are delays however it is not possible to always have higher than normal, maybe there normal is wrong4) they did not send out my season tickets, I did not get my tickets yet and the first show is tomorrow5) if you do ever get to talk with someone they are polite, apologetic and pleasant to talk with.

I have been trying to find out where my tickets are for the past week by repeatedly calling and emailing. I have never been able to talk with a person, only recordings telling me that they are experiencing "higher than normal call volumes" even at 9:01AM.I have been a season subscriber and contributor for many years and I would expect the promised return call.

I love the Broadway musicals that come through the city. I go every year. The singers are always so talented that I don't feel like I'm missing out by not seeing it in NYC. The quality of each show is fantastic. The sets and costumes are always great too. Looking forward to Kinky Boots, Hamilton, and Jersey Boys. Phantom of the Opera, Love will never Die, Titanic the Musical, Anastasia were all great choices and lots of fun.

With the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera Academy, one word is yes. As a little kid always growing up with musical theater from the age of four the Pittsburgh CLO Academy sculptured and helped me become and be more, efficient in my day-to-day life today and that’s on god. ?If you ever think that your kid has a potential get them into an acting class just one simple acting class and I recommend here with all my heart. ❤️Thank you CLO academy and thank you Patty she was amazing and she will help you along the way.

All these unconstitutional requirements. I used to go to several shows a year. Nope. Never again. Ever.

I have been a season subscriber for the CLO for over 10 years. In 2019 I purchased and paid in full for 6 Sunday series for 4 seats - paid in full with email confirmation for the season 2020. Of course we know that 2020 did not have a CLO season, and I did not request for a refund --- my mistake. 2020 season and 2021 season did not exist... so now I am having a hard time getting my subscription to be forwarded to season 2022. I have tried emails through subscription and ticketing... tried phone calls to no avail. I even forwarded my subscription email confirmation as an attachment. Is the Pittsburgh CLO still a credible organization to be trusted with your payment?

This theater group puts tickets on Groupon to bring in new people but then has no flexibility with them. I'll never come back
