Jenna pierced my lobes and cartilage today. She was wonderful and patient as I was a bit indecisive on what pieces I wanted. I would 100% recommend going to see her! She did a perfect job and was very gentle. She also helped me pick out the perfect pieces for my forward helix. I will be back for more!

I recently got my ears pierced and the girl was so nice and friendly!! She was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about and how to describe how everything felt. :)

Aliyah (sorry if I spelled wrong) at the Ross Park MallLocation was excellent! I would definitely recommend. She pierced my 5 year old this evening!!! She was funny and caring, and definitely made my daughter less nervous.

I just got my 9 month old pierced here and it was a wonderful experience. Our piercer was awesome (and I’m so sorry I don’t have her name!) but she took her time to mark my baby’s ears and the piercing was super quick and my daughter barely cried. I will recommend to anyone!

I usually never write reviews and am easy going about this kind of stuff but the piercing I got here was absolutely unacceptable. I got my first holes done here about 3 years ago and decided to get my second holes done here because I had no complications and it was cost efficient. First, they placed the piercing site almost on cartilage above the ear lobe and I asked them to lower it. Then, without showing me they pierced my ear. I made the unfortunate decision to wear hoop earrings that day so at first they looked fine. I decided to change earrings the next day and put studs in and the piercings were on top of each other. My piercings on the left are actually physically on top of each other and the right is close together but I am able to wear two studs. I am not a complainer but I hope I can prevent anyone else from making the same mistake I did by going to this establishment. I wasted $85 on piercings that won’t heal properly because they are too close together. I am unable to get a refund because the customer does not pay for the piercing, they pay for the jewelry and the jewelry is non-refundable. This was a waste of time and money. Go to a real piercing place with trained professionals.
