Was very upset when my necklace broke went to see if they could fix it and was please with the results Jenna was very pleasant and professional. She was able to get the job done for me, overall was pleased with the service I received.

Jenna pierced my lobes and cartilage today. She was wonderful and patient as I was a bit indecisive on what pieces I wanted. I would 100% recommend going to see her! She did a perfect job and was very gentle. She also helped me pick out the perfect pieces for my forward helix. I will be back for more!

I recently got my ears pierced and the girl was so nice and friendly!! She was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about and how to describe how everything felt. :)
