I have been going to the amazing team at PRS for years. From PT for knee replacement, to torn rotator cuffs and spinal stenosis. They are the best: the PTs, the assistants and the administrative staff. Your well-being is paramount with them. And they don't have you come for more appointments than necessary, as had experienced in the past with other groups. Their office is very warm and inviting. Everything super clean and a friendly staff as soon as you walk in the door. Great parking, great location. Truly believe they are the best in the area.

I have had many injuries over the years and everyone from the front desk to the person that works on you are super nice and very professional. Bill is the best on getting you better from any injury you have.

I’ve been to Physical Rehabilitation Services for a couple different injuries over the years, most recently for some knee pain from running. I have always received excellent care and results. Thank you Dave, Heather, Mary, and team!!

I have used Physical Rehabilitation Services 2 times. Both were excellent experiences. My most recent interaction was following a very complicated, traumatic injury that resulted in multiple fractures of my left shoulder and a dislocated, fractured right ring finger that required surgery. The physician's initial recommendation was to also replace the shoulder, but I am functioning now without the replacement thanks to my extensive therapy at PRS. The practice is extremely professional, caring and kind. Everyone is polite and eager to work with each patient. All interactions were pleasant. The experience of a therapist is critical. I was blessed to work with Mary and Bill, and they had many "tools" in their toolbox. My shoulder rehab was perplexing and difficult. When one strategy didn't work, there was always another technique to try. My orthopedist was amazed at the amount of function I have been able to regain. Finally, this practices cares! I have had several follow up calls and texts, since my therapy was ending just as covid came upon us. I recommend this practice without reservation. The best!

Really nice experience with knowledgeable staff who genuinely seem to care. Staff provided a nice balance of personal attention mixed with free time to complete scheduled exercises. The front desk and billing were spot on and estimated my out of pocket costs to within a few dollars, before my insurance company had even lined out my costs. Additionally, they provide freshly baked sweet treats and coffee on Fridays.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. At first I was clueless with what was wrong with me but they’ve been able to point out the problem and help me get stronger to resolve my problem. I’ve never been better and it’s all to their hard work and help. If I ever need help like this again or if I have a friend who needs PT, I’d recommend them here.

I have only the greatest respect and gratitude for the staff at Physical Rehabilitation Services. They treat you like family and are so attentive to all aspects of care and treatment. I have been a patient there for 4 separate PT issues and will continue there for any future needs. I have been able to regain mobility due to the excellent PT programs they have created. I am particularly grateful to Mary Butch and Danielle Lee.

When selecting rehab services in the North Hills, I have found that Physical Rehabilitation Services on Perry Highway the best choice in the area due to its smaller more independent nature. I attended a larger, hospital-affiliated rehab center over a year ago for the same problem (lower back pain) but had little direct contact with the physical therapist, who was relegated to generating paperwork for dozens of patients circling in a very large room. At Physical Rehabilitation Services, PT Dave C. worked directly with my case each visit. He is energetic, compassionate and a good listener. He was a resource of information, tailoring an exercise plan to my personal situation that extends into the months following physical therapy. The staff is wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are the friendliest you will find. Marianne M., Ross Township
