The staff at this store are among the worst I've ever had to deal with. I'd much rather drive to a different location to shop than deal with the people working at this store.

I went in to get the same food I get every month from either Chewy or PetSmart. Both places were out of it and my kitty was running very low. Two employees from PetSmart came over and helped me troubleshoot what options I possibly had. I can't just get any food because what I needed was Purina H/A which you have to have a prescription to get. In the end they recommended I talk with my vet (always a good suggestion) but that Purina is probably having some supply chain issues and the Hills Z/D is the same thing just a different brand and that is probably what the vet will recommend. Well, they were spot on with all of it. I was very grateful for their help and their knowledge and the time they took to try and get my kitty the food she needs!

We go to the Banfield pet hospital for all our dogs needs. They have a great staff there and instead of getting scared to go he is actually excited to see them! Been going since he was a puppy and never thought to go to anywhere else

Great products, nice people, great service. I do wish they had more for tiny pups or dogs. Mine is XS, and we struggle to find toys fit for her size.

Well stocked shelves, clean and tidy aisles, average prices and sales. Very easy to find employees who were both polite and helpful. Bring your own bag.

Today an employee named Beth helped us get a fish and a snail. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help my grandson and I. Such a pleasant experience. This was at Robinson PA

Don't trust their estimations... I called to make sure they would have reptile wood in the correct size I needed, they said it was two feet. I brought a tape measure just to be sure everything would fit. They were all less than a foot long. Waste of gas. They didn't even say sorry when I explained my situation when I asked to be sure I wasn't just missing it.

I love all the cool cat costumes and toys. They have really neat stuff. It's also very clean and people take their dogs in. I'll go anywhere I can pet a dog ?

The only reason for the extra star is because this is a nice store. The problem is the employees. I spend HUNDREDS of dollars in this store every single month only to be given the worst time anytime I return anything. My dogs are such picky eaters that I often buy new food for them to try in multiples. If they don’t like it, I return the rest, unopened I might add. The first two times a younger female employee (the same employee both times) gave me the hardest time. I always buy everything online and she straight up couldn’t tell me how to get my money because I used Afterpay. After 20 mins, she called over a manager, who was just as clueless and she was, and finally I got the money put back on my debit card.Today though, was the topper on the cake. The cashiers name was Amy that waited on me. The first thing she said to me when I got to the register was “the lady in the other line was first.” I was completely taken back because it was only me and the other lady customer in the two lines and if Amy would have looked over she would have seen that the cashier was already waiting on her (yes I do have manners Amy believe it or not). Then she asks me for an “official receipt” to which I then explained to her I bought everything online and gave her my itemized receipt on my phone. She took one look and said “this isn’t the right receipt”. Didn’t scroll down or care to take an extra second out of her busy day to actually look at it. As soon as she said this I took my phone back and physically showed her it was an itemized receipt to which she said “oh.” After an additional 5 mins of her writing down the prices for each food item returned, she finally gave me the store credit and I left… what another horrible and awkward experience with unprofessional and untrained staff. I won’t spend another dime at this store.
