Poor workmanship lead to a botched bowling ball...I bought a bowling ball and had it drilled at this pro shop at AMF Lanes Noble manor (I believe the name of the guy that runs the shop is Joe). I don't know much about bowling or ball drilling but I'm an engineer and a woodworker so I know a thing or two about good workshop practices. Joe's workshop was disheveled and disorganized and I could see that Joe's workmanship left much to be desired as you will see in a bit...The ball was uncomfortable to hold, was giving me blisters and causing my thumb to bleed after a few games. I showed my ball to an experienced bowler who happened to be playing in the lane next to me, he immediately pointed out that my thumb hole was WAY too big for my thumb and I should get it fixed. I went to a different pro shop and after taking some measurements, he found a couple of glaring mistakes with how the ball was originally drilled. The thumb hole was drilled over an inch farther away than where it was supposed to be and the size of the thumb hole was way too big for my thumb. I'm now getting those holes plugged and re-drilled to fix those problems.I've also spoken with two other people who told me that they had a bad experience working with this pro shop at AMF noble manor lanes.

Love the selection they have and the poeple are very helpful! Also loving the updates they are makimg in there especially the new counter it looks awesome and love the under storage to help keep the boxes organized! Keep up the great work!

they took the time to correctly measure PAP, lay the ball out to match the desired reaction and talked me through the process as to why. On top of it all, there prices are reasonable compared to other shops in the driving area. This is my go to shop from now on!!

Typical Pittsburgh pro shop (only open at night). RamFlex Bowling Pro Shop located inside AMF Mt. Lebanon Lanes is open to 9pm 6 days a week and is fully stocked. Serious bowlers go to Ramflex.

Ordered my new ball here and got it drilled. I've been burned in the past with past pro shops drilling my bowling ball all wrong to the point where it was cutting open my fingers. Just bowled with my new ball and the drilling is perfect. The guys here are great and I will definitely recommend these guys to my bowling league at Arsenal Lanes. Thanks guys I love my new bowling ball!!!
