After days of searching and calling around for a product to fix my plumbing issue, I found Penstan Supply, stopped in, and met with Pat. He listened to my problem, understood what I was trying to fix, and because he knows his products, he found a solution to my problem. Thank you, Pat, for providing me with excellent customer service and care for listening, understanding, and resolving my problem. You're definitely an asset to your employer. Black or brown people don’t not apply the will not hire you and waste your time. Union shop steamfitters and teamster, walking through the place for my interview that I was well qualified for I did not see any one person that looked like me or remotely close to me. Not an equal opportunity employer.

Long story short had a 3 yr old Rheem electric hot water tank. Came home and seen there was a drip coming out of the one panel that houses one of two elements. The next day I contacted Rheem directly about warranty issue. They took the model and serial number and told me where it was sold at ( Penstan Supply ) . They also gave a recall tag #. I called Penstan Supply and told them the issue and what Rheem warranty Rep had said. In turn Penstan called Rheem and within the hour Penstan was calling me back to replace my faulty hot water tank. I was very impressed with how fast the entire process was. Another bonus there was no haggling with anyone. So I give a 5 star to Rheem for backing there product and 5 star to Penstan Supply for backing the Rheem product as well. *** Note this didnt include removal of old tank and installation of new tank. They are extremely easy to replace if you are handly with some wrenches, solder, or sharkbite fittings :D
