They are good for the small items. like pots, pans and utensils. Needed a commercial refrigerator to the health department. Was priced on a unit. Found it much cheaper from another local company.

i've been hearing about this place since forever, so i know that it is usually for restaurants, but regular folk can use it too. i was looking for oven safe soup/cereal bowls. i'm making pot pies for 6. they didn't have any! tableware, containers, pots, cookie sheets. nothing that was an ovensafe soup/cereal bowl size. it wan't a total loss tho. i found the turner of my dreams! what i've been looking for a long time! i guess it depends on what you're looking for. i may give them another try later on.

Well stocked, and with knowledgeable staff you will have access to the kind of products and brands that national chains do NOT carry. Also, kinda nice when you are a small volume customer, and they recognize you when you walk in. They have been around for forever, and I have seen that they treat everyone with equal attention.
