We'd been looking for a long, platinum blonde ponytail extension for my daughter's prom fashion show. Thank God for Penn Fashions! The owners were so sweet and helpful. The selection was HUGE, and we ended up getting three different styles for the price of one at Ulta and Sally. We weren't looking to invest in a human wig, but they had a huge selection of beautiful high end wigs for a fraction of the cost of a brand like Racquel Welch. Highly recommend Penn Fashions!
