I had to board two of my pets, a 6 mo old puppy and a cat who gets medication twice a day for the weekend due to a wedding. Things could not have gone better. Both were well taken care of. Eli, the cat, was shy and withdrawn at first but the staff said he soon warmed up to them. Louie, the puppy, had a blast and made a ton of new friends. We will definitely use them again if the need arises. Top notch facility.

I make sure to bring my dog here every day because he absolutely loves it. The staff even posts updates about him on their Facebook page so I can see what he's been up to. It really warms my heart to see how much they care for him.

The staff at The Paw Spa is wonderful! I take my dog there to get groomed and it is the best grooming experience I have ever had. Finnegan always smells good and feels extra soft. Highly recommend!

They are so friendly, kind and accommodating there; I can drop my dog off anytime for daycare without giving notice . He gets so excited when we pull up to the building… he knows he’s going to have lots of fun that day!

We always have a positive experience when using paw spa to board our dog when we go away. I feel at ease knowing she’s safe and taken care of. It’s super reasonable and I love that they offer baths on the last day. I love that they post daily Facebook photos so we can see what our dog is up to when we’re gone. I highly recommend Paw Spa and will continue to use them.

I took my doodle there and I knew he was matted. I specifically told the groomer 3 times before I left that I didn’t want his whiskers or eyelashes cut. Well wouldn’t you know she cut them both completely off! Disappointed is an understatement! I paid 90 dollars for a groom and teeth brush. When we left and got in the car his breath still smelled as if he didn’t even get them brushed. When I went back inside to complain the very nice receptionist said “I’m sorry I will leave the groomer a note” A NOTE??????!!!! He was also supposed to get his nails trimmed and they were barely done!
I was sitting with him on the couch and I noticed he has a cut on his belly from the clippers. I’m furious! I will never recommend this place to anyone. I’m just disgusted!

Our dog of 13 years has been to many boarding places and this one by far has been the best and her favorite! We feel so at ease having her stay her for boarding. We also love all the pictures they post on social media so we can see our pup while we are away!

I recently had my cat in for daycare. The price is super affordable and I felt good knowing she was going to have her own large space.The staff is super friendly! I was super nervous to board my cat but once I stepped into PawSpa I knew she was going to be safe.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at PawSpa. I was extremely anxious about boarding my pups as they had never been boarded or done daycare. The staff were over the top kind and helped ease my mind. I picked up 2 very happy and very clean dogs after an 8 day stay. They even performed some magic on my chihuahua and he loved them! Definitely recommend and will be using again. Thank you PawSpa!

We had an unfortunate experience this past week taking our dog to PawSpa for a grooming. When my husband picked him up he noticed a quarter size, bloody mark on his butt where a chunk of hair had been removed. When he immediately went back in to ask staff what happened - the groomer responded she had never seen that before and it wasn't from her while the owner was acting stunned and responded with he would need to question his staff. it is VERY obvious the groomer injured him with clippers and instead of just explaining what we presumed was an accident during the grooming, she lied and vacated any responsibility. The owner did take full responsibility after i called to ask what happened. I had to ask for a refund which the owner did agree too. However we will not be back and i would not recommend others bringing their animals here. it's super unprofessional how they handled their responses and only raises concerns for other shady negligence that could be occurring. it worrisome that our dog spent hours there with this injury and no one had the decency to inform us during pick up or be able to explain how it occurred.

Disappointed with puppy's first grooming appointment. I could barely tell she was groomed and she wasn't brushed out after her bath. She still had knots in her fur. We were waiting in line to pick her up and we heard a man yelling in the background at someone's pet numerous times. Seemed unprofessional

We boarded our cats for the first time and they were there for a week. The staff was really kind and sent us photos via Facebook upon request which we really appreciated. The cats adjusted so well to coming home much more than when we leave them for a week and just have a neighbor feed them. Prices are reasonable as well. It was a good experience - definitely recommend!

We boarded my grand puppy Milo for the first time last week. He was very well cared for and was happy and healthy and perfectly groomed when we picked him up. The staff was very friendly and very willing to answer questions and give updates. My daughter, Milo's mom, felt very comfortable dropping off her puppy as the staff was very welcoming and showed affection towards him and engaged his attention immediately. The Facebook page updates with pictures helped ease her anxiety also! We highly recommend this facility.
