When one of my precious gold pendants wore down enough for it to fall off, I came here to get it soldered. They recommended I do all three because of the age of them and so I did. When I came to pick up the next day, they had fixed and even polished all three pendants and the chain they go on. Not to mention it was quite affordable to do so. A couple weeks later, I ended up accidentally ripping my chain off. I came back to have THAT soldered and they did it in 5 minutes while I waited and didn’t charge me a dime. I was not expecting that whatsoever. It was so nice of them and it was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend coming here. The customer service is great :)

Becky was great to work with. I needed a replacement for my wedding ring and she really helped not just replicate the original design but improve on it. She was very helpful in choosing what metals I’d like best. I’m thrilled with the final result and would absolutely recommend her and the team at Diamonds by Rothschild.
