Best English banger my husband and I have ever tasted! My husband was born and raise in England so he definitely knows what he’s saying. So glad we found this meat store!

Store speaks of Pittsburgh. Meat variety is good but limited stock the day I went. Questions on aging but what we got was good. Parking was a difficult situation.

Great selection of cold cuts. Friendly staff. Wasn't too pack and the service was fast. I was extremely happy with my purchase of summer sausage. Will be back again.

Purchased hot and mild Italian sausage links on recommendations from my cousin. Both were very good. The hot was spicy but not uncomfortable. The mild was perfect. Also purchased some Soppressata. The very best I have every had. This is a worthwhile stop whenever you are in the Strip district.

Shockingly rude service. Walked in 2 minutes before closing. No “hello” just shocked faces that the door was still open. Owner ran to door to lock it before asking me what I wanted TO PURCHASE from HIS BUSINESS.

Top quality meats from a historical Pittsburgh site. If all the top restaurants and grocery stores carry their product I believe it means it’s a very top quality product and in consistent demand due to the preservation of old traditional curing recipes.

Quality products, knowledge staff and reasonably priced. Purchased hot Italian sausage, breakfast sausage and pepperoni, highly recommend all 3!

Great family owned and operated meat shop. We got a rundown of how they make the various sausages and bought a sampler to try various ones. Got some spicy sausage for our next charcuterie board. They do ship nationwide too.

Several years ago this was the best before they sold out. From the best to the worst…..sausage is loaded with garlic to mask urine smell in cheap male pork that they use…Just bought some yesterday( first time in years) for a dish I cook overnight in lentils and beans. Trust me, I’m an accomplished chef…totally ruined my dish that now has to be thrown away because you gag when you get within a foot of smelling it

The chipotle and cheddar specialty sausage makes the best dipping sauce for crusty bread, and their products are my go-to appi when I am asked to bring one!

We love Parma's products, BUT, they sure make it hard to purchase. Their retail hours have shifted several times in the past year. Once open at 8, or 7, then 9 and now 10am. Even now you can check their website which says open at 9am but in actuality their store doesn't open until 10am. We travel from the south and make a special stop but missed because of this confused situation.

I grew up eating Italian sausage from Orsini's in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. It was the taste of my childhood. When I went to school in San Francisco I enjoyed Italian Sausage from Molinari. After moving back to the East Coast old man Orsini closed shop and retired, so I had to move to Pittsburgh to get my fix.And I'm sure glad I did. Parma Sausage not only makes the finest Italian sausage, but also the best salami and other cured pork products. They make other specialty sausage that is just as good.Parma is a third generation family company specializing in Italian pork products and their quality can't be beat. The employees are knowledgeable, and slice the products to the appropriate thickness without being told. They also sell hams for the holidays, but they sell out, so ask about being added to the Ham List early in the year. You won't be sorry. My partner is a vegetarian, but she loves the guys in Parma, and delights in having her name on the Ham List, which she dubs the Marvin Ham List.Everything is great here, but my favorites are the Sicilian sausage and the Genoveta salami.

Great salami and pepperoni. They do sellout of stuff so get there early. Very small inside, quick service. just an old fashion "by the lb" deli
