I went here last year for my car inspection and they did a great job. I was even able to hang out there while they inspected my car. The man working there was kind. Unfortunately I was scheduled today to have my car inspected again for this year. I was told to be there at 8:30 AM (Saturday) and no one was there. Online it says they are open at 8:00. Around 9:00 I called and a man answered and said that the man who was going to do the inspection was on his way. I waited a little longer but by 9:20 I decided to leave. I am super disappointed.

They charged me $10 to inflate a tire at their automatic station. Very badly.

I had an excellent experience at Parkway Service Center recently. When I discovered a flat tire in my garage, I quickly switched to the spare and headed to their shop. The team was prompt and efficient in getting my car into the bay. They identified the leak swiftly, but it needed a more thorough fix later. Concerned about me using the spare tire in winter, they offered an ideal temporary solution for safe driving. As a regular customer at their gas station, this was my first time using their service team, and it was impressive. Their honesty, care, and quality work, which can be rare in the auto service industry, stood out. I'm grateful for their dedication to ensuring my car's safety on the road and highly recommend this shop and team.

I needed gas and wanted to stop here. A friend riding with me indicated that his payment card was compromised at this station more than once and that he stopped going there despite it's convenience. I wanted to purchase a carwash and was required to use the window/drawer for the purchase. The cashier took my card and put it out of the booth over the far counter completely out of my sight and held her arm there while waiting for the register to complete the transaction. Next day I had 3 mystery charges on my card. I can only speculate that either someone captured my card image on the other side of the counter or perhaps a security cam was able to discern the card. Either way my card was compromised overnight that night. I believe a pin-pad in the customer drawer is a more secure option if they're going to not have the counter open at night for me to swipe my own card.

So friendly and helpful. Actually saw their post on social media which reminded me! So glad they did. Even have drop off options and Saturday hours! Very convenient right down Woodruff on 51, attached to the gas station& car wash. Past the beer distributor
