We had an amazing experience at Papes Flooring. Dan V. helped us pick out our carpet and he was super kind, patient, and informative. We visited the store twice while we decided on a style and we borrowed multiple samples so we could see them in our house. Dan and Papes Flooring went above and beyond for us. The installation went great. We carpeted three bedrooms and our stairs. Everything is comfortable and beautiful. Big fans.

Just had our kitchen backsplash redone and we are very happy how it turned out. Jamie was very helpful through this process and the crew was very professional and timely with install. We would highly recommend using Pape flooring!

As a property manager, I shop at Pape’s Flooring America frequently. I recently went in for some bathroom tile. Jamie assisted me in selecting and purchasing porcelain tile and grout. Excellent products, customer service and price! I highly recommend!!

We recently purchased flooring from Pape's Flooring America and were VERY PLEASED. The white oak hard wood is BEAUTIFUL and the carpets we chose are equally BEAUTIFUL, soft and well-made.We loved working with Jamie McCune-Miller! The entire staff, including their installers are very professional, courteous and hard-working. They left our home in good order upon completion of their work.We are very grateful!

I have dealt with pape's flooring 4 years the staff is wonderful to work with Jamie is very enthusiastic about helping pick out flooring her enthusiasm makes you want to buy it engaged I have purchased a flooring last year and the product had was defective the company corrected it helps me work with the warranty and was able to have a new product installed I love my flooring the installers were great very professional I will definitely patronize habes flooring in the future for all of my flooring needs great company to work with thank you for all your help they actually came out during the installation of my new product warranty floor to make sure everything was going as planned thank you for all of your help

I have dealt with Pape's Flooring America for many years. When you walk into the showroom, Dan or Jamie will treat you like family. After you describe what you are looking for, they will guide you through the process and the end result is always perfect. Their carpet installers do a fantastic job.

I ordered hardwood flooring June 6, 2021 was told by Dan would take two months, I was OK with that, they never give me the courtesy to even call me after my two months. I called them.I was told it was on its way, repeatedly calling them they kept telling me it’s on its way and they told me this is never happened before I’m the first person that this is happened to and that my hardwood flooring got lost. It was dropped off somewhere and they can’t locate it to this day. I’ve been asking for a refund every day, I call and they give me all kinds of excusesJamie has to take care of it she’s the manager. Dan tell me call when Jamie here.Talk to Jamie she tells me why is he involving me, I have nothing to do with this, She said she has to talk to the owner of the company and he’s out of town. I wait for the owner. No Calls. Then they tell me that the mother and father parents of the owner they are involved in approving this,none of it makes sense anymore to me. I just want my deposit back. We are now into the fourth month the biggest mistake, I ever made with going with Pape’s Flooring

Flooring America to the rescue! Working with Danny at Flooring America in Orlando has been the most wonderful experience. He talked us through every step and was beyond accommodating. They had so much in stock and had a quick turn around on anything we may have needed to order. We went to two other big box stores before coming here and are so glad we chose Danny and his team to work with.Thank you for coming to our rescue!

Had a tricky carpet deal involving an insurance claim! Jamie took it in stride. Did a little digging and found something in a color we liked, it was a leftover from a large roll that J.P. had bought. She is also doing her best to squeeze us into install rotation, ASAP.If you want quality carpeting at competitive price, stop into Pape Flooring and ask for Jamie . She’ll go the extra yard for you. Jamie was great to work with! We were originally shopping around for remnants to save money and Jamie told us that sometimes you can do better on price with a custom order. The price and quality we received for a custom carpet was better than what we had been quoted from a remnant store. Jamie was very knowledgeable about product and incredibly patient with us as we took time to choose the perfect carpet (with repeat visits to the showroom and taking samples home). Everyone we encountered at Pape's was professional and helpful!
