i'd give a whole 0 star if i could. i always had no customer service while being here but today me & my friend went here & we noticed these yt teens our age huddled up on the counter not doing their jobs, not even greeting us. my friend literally told me that we should leave bc they were getting stared at by the employees & being judged like they've never seen black ppl before? fix yo racist ahh employees. this is why yalls store always empty

This store is just odd. I've been to the Robinson mall 3 times in the last week and 1/2 to shop. Each of the 3 times I've stopped by Pacsun(during business hours), they were gate down and closed. Once with the lights on, so the staff were in the store, and twice the lights were completely out and noone was there. I never know when I can shop there because the hours are consistent, but the chances of an employee showing up are not.

Worst experience I have ever had. Walked in and was ignored by manager and one other employee from the time we arrived essentially until the time we left. Had I not hunted someone down (keep in mind my daughter and myself were the only people in store) to open a dressing room we would have never been seen. Store was a mess and employees were horrendous. Very upsetting

Workers were rude and unprofessional. Girl with blonde straight hair sat on her phone while there was a line of 15+people waiting. Disappointed. Was here 12/26 after 4 pm

If I could give it less than 0 stars I would. Beware of fraudulent behavior by staff! And corporate pacsun does not help resolve the fraudulent charges.

The stores never opened Everytime I come to this mall. Very disappointed bc they do have my main brands I wear but can’t buy it if the stores not opened. ??♂️

Very friendly staff. Been a few times and the store has really turned around for the better. Very organized and aesthetically pleasing to look at.

This past Sunday afternoon. Saw a graphic tee in the window I wanted. Found it and went to purchase at counter where there was 4 young employees talking about music and swearing. One of the young females was on a kids lap. Said hello how are you checked out and got nothing but here ya go goodbye.I debated on writing this review for days because they’re kids but that’s no excuse. It’s the holiday season, the store had potential customers and they’re all behind the counter goofing off, swearing, and fooling around. I work retail and would want to know about something like that.

There is something seriously wrong with the staff. I love pacsun but this location is just terrible. They are the most immature group of kids ever. You walk in and they don’t even bother to fold clothes or anything! They just sit at the counter smacking their lips on Starbucks and eating food nonstop. You ask for help and they don’t even know anything. Today I went in and two of them were behind the counter on top of each other. I read another review saying the same thing. I go to get my items and the girl checking me out was constantly laughing while the other two were chasing after each other. They need to lose their jobs.

A lot of their items are overpriced. The quality of the jeans seems good because I had mine for awhile with no issues. Staff is hit or miss. It's definitely a cool place to check but the prices prevent me from buying much of anything these days.
