The store looks terrible! Clothes all over the floor, people walking on them, clothes balled up and thrown on the shelves and tables. I've never seen a store is such a sad display of "third world" shopping. Very sad and disgusting. Where is the manager?!

Henry is the nicest guy I have interacted with there. I came in at close to return some items from another store that were rung up wrong, he was so generous to take care of another stores mistake and was so quick. Thank you so much Henry, you are the best :)

Store is okay. Usually go here for the Brandy Melville section. The dressing rooms are full of merchandise that people left on the floor. Dressing rooms could generally be cleaner. Lots of dust on the floor. Store is a little claustrophobic. The tables are placed close together, not much room to walk. Otherwise I enjoy shopping here and I will return. I go here every time I go to the mall. Employees are nice and respectful. Understanding and helpful.

This store is pretty bad. Merch on the floor. Random Merch that needs put back on racks piled in bins under tables. Service desk a mess with old drinks cups, product… It needs a manager to come me in and clean up the place.

Holiday shopping. Kids love this store. Stock is all over the floor…but I realize it’s a crazy shopping time. I also realize nerves are on edge, however, I was checking out and the kid waiting on me asked me to give him a break about the attitude I have, which is completely off base. Truly. I wasn’t flustered with him at all. Then he proceeds to walk away to the back stock of the store. Not a good show for the store.

Zero customer service. Went in with my daughter, we were looking for a sweater she had seen the week before. No hi, hello, can we help you find anything today? Nothing. Not even acknowledgement. We were clearly looking for something. We didn't find it but stood in the store for about 5-7 min after we searched through the store because I found the sweater on line and ordered it while I was still in the store. Still nothing. We we went to leave, walked right by both employees. Nothing. Ridiculous. The only thing walking in there was good for was teaching my daughter what shitty customer service looks like and how not to act when she gets a job next year.

I was just roaming through the mall as anyone does, when i decided to stop in pacsun to find some new shoes. I was then aided in finding them by a tall man with blonde hair, i noticed he was wearing a Kirby keychain. It made me really excited because i love the kirby franchise. After providing really great service to me, i asked him about his keychain and we chatted about it for a minute, he then asked me if i wanted to go eat at sarku japan. I was delighted, we happily went together. He discussed to me how amazing the Pacsun company is, and encouraged me to endorse the store

This store is disgusting. Stains left from previous users on the shirts, dust build up (im allergic), dirty floors it looks like no one has cleaned in months. Just filthy… the fittings rooms don’t have a single stool to sit your items on. Do better…

I went into this store today to buy some simple tops, and I got what I came here for at a reasonable price for pacsun. However, I felt the need to write this review due to an experience with a rude cashier named Riley. She had black hair, was white, and looked like she was in her teens. I asked her if I could get a changing room and she asked me to wait in the hallway. A minute later, she came in looking annoyed and I said thank you when she came in and thank you when she opened the door. No response. She just looked at me, sighed, and left. I went to check out an item and I asked her if the same item was on the website. She grabbed the shirt without saying anything and went to a computer. She came back and said no and I paid for the shirt. I said thank you and she didn’t respond, so I left. I also got a couple rude stares from people at this store, and it’s the type of stares one would get as the only minority in the store. I’m putting this out here to warn other Asian people and minorities. I’m afraid this place isn’t very minority friendly.

All the workers are rude. Especially a specific worker. She is short, brunette, with tattoos I think? Every time I go there she is weak-mannered and rude. I have came in few minutes before closing, which I get can be annoying, but I still pick up after myself. I get it when it's closing and you just wanna go home, I work at a restaurant, but you cannot act like that when you are working. Also, she is not just rude when you come in late, she always is unfriendly no matter what time. She rolls her eyes and makes snarky comments, she seems unhappy when helping customers. All of the workers are like this though, she is just one in particular that stands out to me as a rude worker. This one time I was getting checked out by one of her friends/coworkers and she didn't ask me for my rewards account, so I asked if she could check it, and she looked so annoyed. She said there was no rewards, but I knew there were like 2. I just let it go, but that one worker from before like rolled her eyes when she heard me ask her coworker that. Pacsun's workers are one of the reasons why I don't go anymore. Hire more respectful and helpful workers!! I have never met a nice worker here..
