I had time to go to one nursery today and I made the WRONG choice. The store was closed well before the hours listed online and the signage listing their hours was too far behind a locked gate to read. I've read other reviews where people have the same problem. The owner replied that they would update the hours, but obviously didn't. Waste of time, I guess they don't want people coming to their store.

I had booked an appointment to get a quote for landscaping work 4+ weeks in advance of the agreed upon date. They never showed up.I called about an hour after the scheduled time and while the employee who answered the phone was kind and understanding, I could hear the owner speaking in the background. She had no apology and acted like it wasn't an issue or a big deal. They never called to tell me they wouldn't be coming and seemed unbothered that they totally missed the appointment.I was told, we'd have to do it another time. I asked if I could be seen in the next 1-2 weeks possibly since I had already been waiting several weeks for this scheduled appointment. I was told they'd call back the following week (this was a Friday). Never was called. Unprofessional owner.I used to get plants, flowers, and Christmas trees here but with how this was handled, I won't return.

I have never been more impressed with a landscape contractor. These guys did an excellent job with quality materials and they work extremely fast. I am so happy I waited for them to do this job. Yes there is a wait but it’s worth it. I overheard them talking and the one guy said how it felt good to be outside working and that is a good sign That they are happy and take pride in what they are doing.

This business is very poor at customer service indeed as other previous reviews have stated. I had read some negative reviews and thought maybe it was long time ago and that they may have improved ……Nope, that’s just my wishful thinking. I made an appointment for April to come over and to work on a design and estimate for a front yard garden. Between the day I made the appointment and the scheduled visit there was a whole month cushion BUT they still managed to miss the appoint AND to fail to call me to cancel or reschedule. I was the one to call back and to be told that they were too busy and had enough business to care if they’d lose new customers. Yes, that’s what they said, just with slightly more courteous words. Well I won’t ever be their customer in future, as they intended, and if anyone is considering their business, just be aware that it is like playing lottery: you might get lucky, or you could end up wasting time like me or even money as other reviews indicated.

I had them come to my house for an estimate for multiple things including weeding, planting and mulching. I was supposed to have received a quote in the mail, which never came. So, 2 weeks later I called about it. Their response was "We think you'd be better off going with Michael Bros. down the street." Awful customer service to say the least.

Shopping local has become so important since the pandemic. It always was but it's glaringly so now. You won't be disappointed here.... It's a lovely little shop with really friendly people. Their prices are very fair. And they're not going to just ignore you or leave you confused about what you need to do with your plants. I highly recommend this shop. Go check it out!

Cute place! My fiancé loves it here but the hours on Google and on their door are incorrect. It says they are open until 7:00pm but I went at 4:30pm and was told they were closed. I’m not sure what their actual hours are…please update them! Thank you!
