I had an incredible experience at this dress shop! Their service was exceptional from start to finish. When I found the dress, they celebrated with a champagne toast, making it such a memorable moment. The alterations process was so smooth and stress-free, and you could tell they put a lot of care into every detail of their business. On top of that, they offered discounts multiple times, even when it wasn’t expected or necessary. I truly felt taken care of, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Dress shopping never felt easier and I attribute that to One White Lane. First off, their bridal shop is absolutely stunning. They have styles and selections for almost any bride. I was so pleased with my experience there. Leading up to the wedding, I had many appointments that Ivy, Abby, and Dania all were a part of. They picked selections that matched my inspiration pictures and I found my absolute dream dress here. Prior to dress shopping, I was so worried I wouldn’t find anything I liked but in going to One White Lane I found so many dresses I loved which made choosing even more difficult. They are a dream team there and only want the best for you!

12/10 recommend purchasing your dress at this bridal shop and utilizing their alteration services! They surely exceeded my expectations. From the owner always being so welcoming and full of compliments making me feel beautiful everytime I stepped foot into the building, to the seamstresses and all their hard work to make sure my dress complimented my figure and was comfy. They went above and beyond and I am highly satisfied.

This bridal shop was recommended by a friend. I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted. After lots of dresses at a few different shops, One White Lane is where I said yes to my dress! They made this a very fun and exciting experience. The customer service doesn’t stop when the dress is purchased they are pros through and through. Each fitting and even when I picked up my dress they made me feel like a VIP. The dress is stunning. Thank you!!

I initially dreaded the wedding dress shopping experience because the process seemed like it would be overwhelming. However, my experience at One White Lane made finding a dress comfortable and fun! While choosing dresses, the staff made it a priority to only show me dresses within my budget, and I was shown dresses that aligned well with my style (even though I didn’t fully know what my style was going into it!) Finding a dress that I loved was easier than I imagined with all the help! My alterations appointments went great as well, and I was given a lot of choices in how I wanted it altered. The ballroom bustle I went with looks really cool! Dania and everyone else who worked with me made the experience completely stress-free. The kindness, professionalism, and dedication to creating a personalized experience made me feel truly special. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle in my dress next week! I would definitely recommend One White Lane to any bride-to-be.

My experience with One White Lane was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into their beautiful boutique, I was greeted with warmth and compassion. Dania, the owner, was incredibly involved, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect dress for my special day.
The team at One White Lane made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. They were understanding, easy to work with, and fantastic at communicating with me every step of the way. When I encountered a mishap with alterations at another place, they graciously offered to fix it for free. I could not believe this act of kindness. Lisa, their incredible seamstress, worked her magic and transformed my dress into perfection.
I cannot recommend One White Lane enough. Their dedication to their clients is truly commendable, and I am forever grateful for their compassion, understanding, and impeccable service. Thank you, One White Lane, for helping me find the dress of my dreams and making me feel like a queen on my wedding day.

I truly cannot recommend this One White Lane enough! Abby was absolutely fantastic and truly made the experience memorable for not only me, but my family and friends, too! One White Lane makes this big choice so easy and stress free! If you’re out of town, like me, or local to Pittsburgh, this is the only place you should go to say yes to the dress!! One White Lane is a great bridal shop with excellent stylists! Abby was my stylist and not only was she kind, patient, and knowledgable about the gowns, but she made me feel very comfortable as it was my first dress appointment. Although I said "yes to the dress" at a different bridal shop, I still wanted to give a 5 star review as it is much deserved!

I can't say enough good things about One White Lane! I went there as my 1st appointment and left having picked out my dress! The ladies there are so kind and helpful! Some of the reasons I picked them was because of their amazing reviews and they carry plus size dresses! The private rooms they have for you and your guests really make the appointment even more so amazing! The pricing for the dresses too can fit anyone's budget in my opinion! As a wedding videographer and a bride, I would highly recommend you choosing this bridal salon! You won't regret it! Thanks Ladies for making my dress shopping experience so special!

My experience at One White Lane was beyond anything I could have asked for. I was soooo nervous about dress shopping because I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted! Alyssa was SO sweet and helped me find my perfect dress. She was so easy to chat with and made me feel like I was shopping with a friend! She always made sure I was comfortable and asked me what I thought about each dress before we showed my family. It was such a great day and I’m so thankful for this amazing experience!

I recently went and picked out my dress at One White Lane and the staff was amazing and very professional. I had went to a few other places to try and find my dress and I felt confused about what I was looking for after those places. The other places I had went to before did not have organization which made it harder to really see the dresses I thought I was looking for, but One White Lane was very organized. Once I got to One White Lane they asked me about what I was looking for and then they helped me pick dresses based on what I liked. They were so helpful and knew how to steer me in the right direction if they felt I was all over the place! I highly recommend this place!!
