**5 stars**I highly recommend ON TIME DELIVERY service. They are fast, reliable, and friendly. My packages arrive on time and are delivered in perfect condition. My driver is very friendly and always helpful. I will definitely to continue to use their services.

Ordered something and it was shipped through this company, got a message saying it was delivered to the front door but i never received it. There is no proof of delivery either so I had to go back to the company and request another one be sent out. This company is horrible. They were no help in trying to find out where exactly it was delivered.

Still haven’t received my package. I am getting very annoyed with this. I spent money for something to get delivered and it’s not here. If I don’t get it soon. I will call BBB!

Left the package on the main road if front of the building. I got a picture sent to my email, not sure what good a picture of a box is supposed to do. Had to call the company I ordered from to have another one sent out because the first package got stolen since it was just left along side the road.

This was my first time working with this company. I called many times for updates on my pick up and delivery -- communication was lackluster. When they answered the phone they sounded very annoyed that I was calling and asking were my material was. My shipment was picked up and delivered to the local LTL company it was assigned to... it only took 4 days. I guess this is the world of LTL in 2021.

I work for otd company and they are the best I was subcontracted though them but now that the guy I was working for is moving back to NYC the company offered me a job to stay with them and that's exactly what I am going to do thanks for the offer on time delivery
