I would like to know where it says the salon is appointment only? I walked in for a pedi and I was turned away, no one was in the salon but she told me she had appointments. The salon opened at 10a it was 10:45a and NO ONE was in there. Just messed up…

Requested style: I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE PEDICURE INSTEAD WAS A GEL TOE CHANGE!

I can’t speak for all techs at this salon, but I’ve had HORRIBLE customer service with Nethan Nguyen.
l've been extremely kind to this service provider, tipped him generously, sent him new clients who also are kind & tip generously, and have shared his work with my sphere of influence multiple times to add to his platform's growth.
Unfortunately, so far both myself and those I've sent to him have been met with the utmost unprofessionalism in return that I feel I need to publicly revoke my recommendation and advise newcomers to proceed with caution or steer clear as Nethan seems to pick and choose who he thinks it’s ok to be unprofessional with.
Being a businesswoman myself and having service based roles in the past, I typically don't share when my experiences with a business were less than desirable and tend to be very understanding more times than not. & I definitely don't have time to troll anyone. But I couldn't be more shocked in this case with the HORRIBLE customer service I've experienced from Nethan especially after being so kind to him. When I attempted to rectify my concerns with him in a straightforward, kind & respectful manner via social media, he ignored it and blocked me.
I can go into further detail but it would make this review very long.
Your loss. Great reminder on why I do my due diligence before being too quick to associate myself with folks. Be careful ladies.

Can’t praise this little salon enough! I came in as a walk-in and they took me immediately. Hated my nails from another salon and Cindy took such meticulous care of them and transformed them! Everyone is so friendly too. Definitely worth giving them a try!

Have tried multiple places and found a home at NY Nails. I have been driving 60+ miles (one way) once a month for several years to have mani-pedis with my daughter here. Won't go anywhere else. The staff is awesome!

Beware. Bait and switch charged me more than I was quoted before service
They refused to honor the quote and I was told “we sometimes forget “. Crooks. Thieves
The nail clear coat was put on very sloppy by my technician. They are not open today and it’s Tuesday. What a pathetic place Waste of $36
She lost out on a $10 tip for cheating me. Her loss.
Very poor polish application. She gaslit me and said it was fine. My regular salon had to repair this. I told them of this salon and they had gotten other customers from them to redo

My first time here tonight. I typically get the builder gel but they don’t do that. I got the fake gel nails put on by Hailey. She took her time and they look gorgeous. I’m excited to see how these nails hold up in comparison to the builder gel.
Second trip to this place was even better. I had Cindy this time and she’s my new favorite.

New to the area and came across the salon with good reviews, so I tried it! And I was not disappointed! Cindy did my nails and she was fantastic. The entire staff though was very personable and friendly and made you feel welcome. I’m pretty picky with my nails and Cindy did a wonderful job. She paid attention to detail which I love and made sure all my nails were perfectly shaped, and even with both hands. So important to me! I’ll definitely be back!

BEST nail salon around!! I always feel welcomed, staff is incredibly friendly, and they do great work. I've only gotten my nails done by Haley and she will always be my nail person!

NY Nails is awesome! They were able to take me when I called same day which I appreciate. My tech was very friendly and killlllled my nails! I'm obsessed! Definitely one of my go to salons!
