Do your self a favor and do not use this bank!! The staff, mostly just the manager Tandy, are incredible rude and vindictive. My phone number is either blocked or they just ignore it when it comes up on the caller id….She even asked me what my names comes up as on caller id so now I’m afraid when she works there my money will be wrong or they just won’t help me. She is very sketchy. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life with a bank. It’s wild…I called at 9:02 and the phone rang for 7 minutes and I had to hang up. Called at 10:16 and same thing, phone rang for 6 mins and had to hang up. I called a third time at 11:00 and the phone was never answered. As soon as I walk into the bank the manager yelled across the room at me that I I didn’t call them. I didn’t want to embarrass her at work but I apologized -even though I shouldn’t have- and told her I could show her my phone call log and she turned a walked away without a response. So rude and so lazy, I feel awful for the staff that works under her.

Whewwww… and then Ewwwww!!! Never have I EVER experienced such terrible customer service from a banking institution. Are these employees not taught great customer service? Well, just the one manager needs a customer service boot camp course or something. She should be ashamed she yelled at the poor teller so loud I could hear what she said across the room. Didn’t even come out after I requested to speak with her. Terrible just plain ol AWFUL! It’s should be common sense right? Anyways I don’t plan on banking here for too much longer, Northwest she is a reflection of your banking practices lol if they like to hire people like this then they don’t deserve my money!!!

The customer service has been absolutely horrendous for the last 6 months. New manager may be the meanest person I’ve ever meant. Today, I went through the drive~thru and no one even said anything or came on the camera. I wait almost 10 mins and then the tub just came down. No I ever said one word. What is going on with this bank.

Wow!! I have had the worst banking experiences at NW that I have had anywhere at any bank. Their customer relations system is designed to tell the customer that they do not have the ability to correct an error. The people in the local offices take no responsibility and only have the ability to get on the phone with the person behind the curtain and out of reach to tell you sorry, we cannot refund that fee even though it was assessed wrongly. They are not even interested in listening to you. I am so glad to have my account closed with this predatory establishment. It is astounding to me that they spend hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions in advertising dollars to attract customers and then alienate them. Their chat service cuts you off. They do not answer written correspondence and the people in the local offices are deaf to your issues. Pleasant and polite but deaf.

I've been a customer for 16+ years and it gets worse every year. Slowest drive thru ever! Had problems with the ATM multiple times! Deposited money and it was never put into my account!

I came here to open a savings account, and the teller was super nice and accommodating. I think banks are kind of an intimidating place to be, but I felt very comfortable, and I was really happy that I came across Northwest Bank when it came to opening a savings account.

Grace was absolutely rude and had a poor attitude. I just wanted some temporary checks. With her rolling her eyes I ended up just closing the account. Do not use this branch

Absolutely the worst bank ever. I would definitely choose a different bank if you haven't already. They charged me 2 overdraft fees, I have never had this problem with my old account, I was supposed to have overdraft protection but obviously it doesn't work. They do absolutely everything in there power to tell you that they can't waive the fee when they certainly can. It was INFACT a bank error, but according to them it doesn't matter. If I could give zero stars I would. Even the customer service line is absolutely rude.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced throughout my life, Gina the bank manager is very disrespectful she basically called me a liar and was seeming to be anything but helpful in my situation which all she cared about was to make a point that she felt she was right, this after days of trying to contact her and receiving no response over minor issues. Is this how your bank should work? Not sure didn’t think so, but third issue with this bank due to management or lack there of, customer service at this branch all time low, long time customer usually always happy but not sure after this, good luck

I have had a mortgage and checking account at this bank for years and didn't have any complaints, but they have suddenly and quietly put new policies into place to sneak new charges onto customer statements such as a "paper statement fee" that was never there before. They made virtually no effort to notify customers of plans to do this nor notify them of when the charges were actually being made. This is a disgusting way to treat long time good customers and makes me more inclined to do business elsewhere. Big banks have been doing this on a large scale to try to jack up their profits at the expense of their customers, I just never expected it from a local community bank.

Worst bank ever we go to pay on our loan for our house and they end up denying the payment everytime I will never deal with this bank again it's a big joke they ended up sending me papers to take my house meanwhile they refuse to take the payment and you call joy the supervisor and all she does is give u excuses and the run around never again will you get my business

Notice that my social security check was late getting in my account , 2 of my checks bounced , went into bank 2 days before telling the teller that my check wasn't in there when it was suppose to be there the teller told me that I should be OK ,so I didn't do anything ,I could of ,but she told me that it would be alright ,well it wasn't alright,they charge me for 2 checks 70 dollars,I can't afford to give the bank 70 dollars ,I need all the money that social security paid me I am thinking about moving to another bank,not very understanding , not a good bank to there customers .
