Worst bank I've ever encountered. My car is financed through them. Every time I send a payment in they claim they have never received it. Then I have to make another payment to them over the phone which they charge me another $9.00 to do that. The customer service is no help at all. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BANK IN GENERAL! EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE EVRY WHERE YOU GO! IVE LITERALLY BEEN SHOUTED AT FROM ACROSS THE LOBBY! RIDICULOUS FEES FOR AN ACCOUNT NOT EVEN OVERDRAWN! NO MANAGER AT THE BANK! DEFINITELY WILL BE LOOKING INTO THE LQWSUIT THEY HAVE AGAINST THEM!

Visiting from out of town and needed help breaking a few 20s into smaller bills.Teller refused to help, shame they don’t offer the same level of customer service that my bank on the west coast does
