Exceptional customer service. Stopped in to get a battery replaced for a watch we bought there and also asked if they could switch out a watch band on an old watch from the 90’s. They asked to clean my wife’s rings while we waited. I asked how much I owed and they wouldn’t take anything. I will continue to buy from there and highly recommend!

Alina at the Ross Park location was a tremendous help throughout the entire process of building our custom ring! The entire experience was smooth.
