The Ninja Electronics team was a lifesaver when my computer stopped working due to a charging cord issue. I was visiting Pittsburgh for a research meeting and needed to give a virtual presentation to Asia and my computer stopped working just two hours before the presentation. New charging cord and the team confirmed it was solved by checking my computer before I left the store.

My iPhone touchscreen stopped working. I took it down ninja. They gave me a really great deal. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes friendly people and great service.

Stupidest buisness ive ever had the displeasure of going too, staff is lazy and will give every excuse under the sun not to help you. Went in to SELL something at 4:30. And the dude tell me we stopped doing trades at 4:30. First of all wasnt trading anything, and second they dont bother posting that anywhere on there website or telling you on the phone when you call. This place sucks, and i would recommend taking your electronics to the garbage rather then taking them here.

Only talk to owner he will treat you like a human the others won't unless they know you. (Owner 2 of 3 times)I have used Ninja three times and recently it wasn't a good experience .I bought a phone and was told that I could return the phone for the buying price and then when I tried to return the phone( the next day) they wanted to take off 75% of the price.the face reader didn't work on the phone and the iPhone recognized that they used aftermarket parts and said that it wasn't iPhone compatible parts. ( The phone said this it's self that it had foreign parts) and they didn't tell us that they just typed it on the receipt that the face reader didn't work when they gave it to us so we couldn't return it. and we got stuck with jacked up phone

I occasionally sell some lower end misc type stuff there and I get decent offers they seldom reject anything but it can get a little crowded at times UPDATE - since they reopened on fourth they now way more picky with what they buy, i had to go back home with everything i took there :(

I called the store before I could go to it and asked if I could sell my monitor, the man on the phone nicely told me "yes, broken or well." But when i got to the store the atmophspere wasn't so friendly, So after that I drop off my monitor, I got a paper that I had to write down my (phone number, name, and how much i would like to get for the monitor.) I wrote down "$190 - $200" since i recently bought the monitor a month ago, It was a 27 inch acer gaming monitor with a thin bezel, it had 1440p and 144Hz, I had to wait about 30 minutes to get infromed that they would give me $30 for it. I was furious becasue I saw they were selling a $500 PS5 controller but want to buy my monitor for $30, They up the buying price but down the selling price. dont waste your time with these frauds.

I called the one in Dormont first about selling an item and was quoted $70. I realized this one downtown was easier for me to get to, so I came here. The staff were awesome and actually gave me $120 for my item which I really appreciate and respect. Major thumbs up!
