I came in with 2 Nintedo 3DS consoles that both worked. At first, dude tried to tell me they were locked from parental controls. When I brought them back and showed him they weren't locked, he offered me under $50 for both and I walked. They are on eBay for $100-$300. Gamestop gave me $129.

First off they act like you are bothering them when you ask questions.. also they treat people like junkies if your there to sale them something.. Trying to give pennies on the dollar for your stuff. And last, they are the only place that says they buy gift cards and only give 50% for pre paid visa and Mastercard gift cards when everyone else gives 75-80%. I will never go there again.. it's no wonder the owner was arrested.. all of them should be locked up that work there..

Cheaper to buy and sell at ninja than "The Exchange" so they have been my go to for most used video game purchases and selling electronics for YEARS now.

When you go to Ninja electronics, you can expect a questionable experience. I’ve bought 2 things from them since moving to Dormont. A $60 USED xbox controller, which is already very pricy. Get home, the left joystick is broken. Of course, Ninja has a very strict return policy. Another time I bought a speaker from them, they told me they had no idea if it worked or not. Of course, it didn’t work. No returns. Another time, I brought them a commercial grade printer with light usage. $1300 retail value. They told me they’d be interested. Me and my friend lugged it down East Liberty, the thing was probably 80 pounds. We got in there and they offered us $5 for it. We said okay, then a couple minutes later they said, “actually we’ll give you $0 for it”. So we just left it there. If you are looking for broken/used electronics that cost nearly the price of the original, this is the place for you!

Amazing customer service. The guy was helpful from the moment I walked in the door and even went the extra mile to check out my windshield wipers to see if they needed replaced. Will 100% recommend to a friend.

They always have exactly what I need, and then some! On this occasion, I needed a printer asap because the one I was planning on buying from someone on OfferUp ended up being a no-go. So, I did what I always do: I called Ninja. "We have an HP Tango X Smart Printer for $90". I didn't even know what a smart printer was (not what made it "smart") but as soon as I researched the specs I realized what an amazing deal this is. Bear in mind, this happens often when I buy electronics from Ninja....their prices are well below what you would expect to pay for a second hand item, even cheaper than person-to-person sales on OfferUp or Facebook.I called back, and told them I'd be stopping by in 10 mins. They had it ready to go, and the process took 3 minutes (max). No need to even look at the printer, because they have a great return policy (30 days I believe, but I've never had to take anything back).Always the 1st place I call for electronics, and usually the only place.

The owner/manager was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. His staff? Not so much! First off they had my device for over 3 weeks and never called to tell me it was ready. I had to repeatedly call to check on it. The one time they did call me was to ask for the password to unlock my device and the woman I spoke to was rude, didn’t identify herself initially, and hung up on me. During that call she didn’t tell me that my device was ready. I had to call back several days later to inquire about it. They didn’t greet me when I arrived and ignored me when I asked for assistance. When I arrived to pick up my device, the girl behind the counter was waiting on another customer. I got in line behind him. When their transaction was finished, I asked for assistance. She looked at me like I was crazy and then sat down to eat her salad. I had to pull the manager over just to get help. (Again, he was very helpful. His service was amazing!) They quoted me one price at drop off but that changed because they had to send it out. No problem! I can live with that. Especially considering that the price was reasonable. What I can’t live with was the technician stealing my money. I was quoted $169 at drop off which came out to $181 (tax included). I paid $100 at that time. The quote raised to $250 which left me with a $150 balance. Cool! The technician charged me $10.50 in sales tax at pick up (based on the $150 balance due). Hold up big boy! The price difference between the original quote and the new quote was $81. ($250-$169). Considering that my original cost of $181 included tax I should only be charged tax on the price difference ($81 x $0.07 = $5.67). He overcharged me in sales tax by $4.83 (which is theft) and then had the audacity to pop an attitude when I questioned it. He said “it’s not me. It’s the state.” The manager saw the exchange and offered me a free charger. That was nice of him and I know it’s just a few dollars, but it wasn’t the money I was upset about. It was the poor customer service. My equipment works fine. The work they did was excellent. However good work does not make up for crappy service and theft via over charging.
