I worked there as a part time middle school leader. The positive of this company is that it serves as helping underprivledge kids. However the individual over the company seems somewhat disconnected from people in general. The turnover rate is extremely high due to constant demands from the director that are somewhat hard to achieve, plus almost every job they have is part time and the amount they pay for the bachelors and masters degree is outrageous. And staff are belittled alot. I guarantee you will be looking for another job within a few days of working there so beware of the reviews.
