I was scheduled for a Thursday, but the nail tech went home sick so my appointment was cancelled. I asked to reschedule and they got me in the next day. This was perfect as I was leaving to go to a wedding.
Mary did my pedicure and she was amazing! I brought my own polish in and I enjoyed the complimentary Chardonnay and water bottle. I paid the shop through Venmo then sent a private tip to Mary (also through Venmo).

I had Kate she did a good job on my nails I'm giving a 2 star because the Customer service was horrible. Because of this I will not be returning good luck.

I always have the best experience at NailChic! I never thought I would love gel manicures after a bad experience at another salon, and I will never go anywhere else now for my nails! I bring my daughter who gets the mini chic Mani/Pedi too. Mary does incredible nail art!!

I found a new go-to pedicure place with Nailchíc. I don’t get my nails done often, but when I do it’s nice to know they are there close to home. Special thanks to Mary who let me have an introvert recharge during my service!

I waited a while to make this review but honestly, my experience there was extremely subpar. My nail tech didn’t acknowledge me for the entire time, in fact, I didn’t even know her name because she just walked up to me and asked what color I wanted. I didn’t even know if she was talking to me at first. The entire appointment was silent, and she seemed annoyed to even be there. This was compared to the other nail techs who were happily chatting with their customers and offering them complimentary drinks. I felt discouraged. Additionally, all of the tools/equipment were extremely dirty or worn, and the tech even used her mouth to wet a brush. Due to the poor condition of the equipment, my nails didn’t dry properly and had visible fingerprints. The salon was unorganized and not very clean; I wasn’t even asked to wash my hands before we started. I washed my hands extremely thoroughly after I got home, and my hands still felt unclean. Not to mention, the pricing is kind of a shocker due to their rule on designs. I paid $7+ for two nails to have a small design. I’m usually not nitpicky, but the two designs were mismatched and it was clear the tech didn’t care for them because one was done carelessly. The tech also didn’t even smile or talk to me until I handed her my tip, and then she actually acted like I was a person. When asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment I thought to myself that I’d never come back there again. I’d give it a 1/5 for cleanliness and 2/5 for service.

I'm a regular at NailChic. I have been getting my nails done for years and NailChic is AMAZING! Caitlyn is my tech and she's WONDERFUL!!! I love the work she does and the prices are extremely reasonable as well. Very clean salon and Dana, the owner, is very friendly as well. They were extremely accommodating and sweet.

I always leave the salon with super unique nails! Mary is a legit artist and I always get compliments on my manicures by her! I’ve also had my nails done by other techs a few times and they all do an amazing job!
