It's tight with a big truck but an excellent car wash at a good price

We paid $14 for a car wash on in January 2024. The wash did not work and we ended up calling the help number to see if we were able to get our money back . We received a text back asking if the card has been charged . We sent a picture of the pending charge and did not hear back from the owner. We then had to text them again 7 days later letting them know that the pending charge was now a charger on our card and received a response asking for our address . It has now been another two weeks and received no further communication . Thankfully I was able to dispute the charges with chase and get refunded . The loss of $ 14 dollars is not the issue here it is the lack of any communication to rectify the situation. I, as a paying customer, should not have to be the one to continue communicating with the business and nearly a month go by with no solution to the issue .
We are locals in Ohio Township who like to support local businesses. We have used this car wash frequently over the past 3 years . For a business that spends money on marketing the fact that they are a family owned local business they should really take a look at how not proactively communicating when problems arise can affect their overall business success . We have had this issue happen at other car washes in the north hills area and the issue was resolved within hours to days .
Do yourself a favor and choose another local car wash to support who appreciated and want to keep your business . Both myself and my husband drive past this location twice daily to and from work and will now be driving out of our way to give another business our money .

It does not give you back change. It gives you back tokens. I got stuck in there. It kept putting soap on car. Nothing else. Then the bars came around and blocked front of car. FINALLY bars moved ro the side and I could get out. A CAR FULL OF SOAP .

This place is great and staff marvelous don't take tips but will take for donations. Wonderful car wash and car looks amazing

I paid for the $14 car wash and one minute in, it stopped working. There was a number printed on the wall to call if you were "having trouble" but no one answered. I called 8 times and left a message-- nothing. I drove out, my car covered in suds, and went inside the building attached. They said someone named Danny was out back and could help me. So I drove around and told him what happened. Somehow he didn't see me sitting there for 10 minutes and calling for help. He said to try the other side and that he would manually put me through. I asked for the $14 level, which is what I paid, and he said he would do that. But the car wash skipped all the extra steps and did a basic wash.Two days later, the owner texted me and asked for my name and address and said sorry that I had trouble. I had seen other yelp reviews saying that he never sends anything anyway, so I said no.This place is not worth it... drive to the next closest car wash. You'll thank yourself later. The whole ordeal took me almost 45 min.

It only washes part of your car and leaves the back portion untouched. Very poor quality. I tried numerous times with the same results

I just had the best experience at this car wash. I’m sure this does not happen all day every day being it is open 24 hours BUT while I was waiting in line I noticed the owner or an employee inside the wash hand washing the hard to get or super dirty areas of the car. He also did the same to mine during the wash. I had tons of bugs on the front of my car and he took extra time on my front end scrubbing them off. I was very suprised and also very grateful! ?

It's not perfect, like any hands-free car wash, but it works for me because my time is better invested into doing other things that matter more than hand washing my car.

I selected the $14 car wash and it was terrible. My front and back windows were just as dirty after as they were when I went in.

Got the $10 wash and the soaps didn't work. So I contacted the number for the wash and took awhile to get back to me, he asked for my address and name, sounded like I was going to get something in the mail, but never did. It's been weeks since I've heard anything from the guy, and I'm never using this wash again. I'll make sure to tell everyone on Facebook and everywhere not to come here.

went to the car wash on 28 October. It stopped in the middle of the cycle with the arms behind our car. We felt the car lunge forward. We called the phone number and were told to go inside and get a token to finish the wash in the other bay. We did that. When we got home and were touching up the drying, we noticed the scratches on the back of the car where the arms had hit it.. We contacted the phone number again and were told that we would not be reimbursed for the damage. We went back-and-forth a few times via text, as he would not answer the phone, and his final comment was ,"your blocked, bimBo". Not only is he a j**** but he doesn't know English grammar. He says he has a video and it shows that his machine did not touch the car. The video Should show that it had no scratches going into the wash. How else would you explain 2 scratches exactly where the arms hit the car?

I found out the car wash was broken after I paid. No sign. I went though rigamarole with the owner on the phone and the person inside the notary. I had to call the owner to try to get my money back, no response. Super frustrating experience. Avoid this car wash if you can.

2 out the last 3 times I've been there the undercarriage spray didn't work. Thats literally the only reason I use the car wash. $12 down the drain.
