Stopped in with a friend as first time customers while in the area for lunch and always love supporting a small, local business in the area. Staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Volunteer or not sitting behind a desk and gossiping to each other instead of being pleasant, welcoming or the least bit helpful with the customers trying to spend their money in the store leaves for a bad taste in your mouth. Inventory is minimal. Disappointed and won't return.

Maybe update your freaking hours on Google before you have people drive all the way out there to see that you’re closed on a day that you’re supposed to be opened and then a sign that says Friday, July 8 at another sign that says that you don’t open until after Labor Day it takes literally five minutes to update your hours on your Facebook and on your Google and it’s very inconsiderate and disrespectful to your customers to do this. I will never be back.

I found all kinds of cool stuff for my wife and kids here and everything was priced reasonably. Everyone working here was super kind and friendly! Check out this sweet Pens hat I found! Oh and they're a non profit so proceeds go to charity!

Not a great selection of clothing, but I did find some goodies that I have been looking for, for LONG time and prices were great. They have a lot of nick-nacks.Things I found on shelves:-old school Belgian waffle maker (bought)-apples to apples-very nice glass jars (decorative, yet functional-great for holding coffee beans or ground coffee) (bought)The kids found a little corner where they played with some of the vintage toys while I did some scavenging. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The woman who rang me out gave me some dates to keep in mind. I will definitely be going back.

This store is filled with beautiful gems. I've gotten so much stuff here. My favorite so far being a genuine wool overcoat that's dark, almost black, blue and the inside is a deep purple. The overcoat is very old, well kept, and selling online for over $300. I have two trench coats I got from there and o e is genuine leather and the other has real fur on the inside. I spent maybe $40 for all three. Online they are all selling for a total of $700-900. The ladies who volunteer their time there are as sweet as can be and most importantly the money goes completely to charity. This shop is one of the many reasons I love Dormont ❤️

Lovely ladies working there. They were so sweet to my little one and helped me by watching her while I tried a dress on. The prices were prices and I found some very nice items. It's definitely worth stopping in. Right off the T line, too!

The store is laid out beautifully. Friendly staff. Excellent prices. Volunteers are welcome. Consignors can bring ten items per week. Don't pass this up!

This is a small, neighborhood consignment shop. It's jam-packed with all kinds of knick knacks, clothes, jewelry, footwear, handbag, housewares, you name it. You're never really sure what's going to pop up here. I had a few minutes to spare to pick up something for a friend. Big mistake. These ladies chat amongst themselves and to their favorite regulars, so checking out quickly is always a challenge. And that never happens. My friend needed a receipt for tax purposes since this was a business expense for her, but they couldn't get a receipt to print. The few times I've been in here, they always have technology issues. Only one lady here is even semi-computer literate, and she wasn't working today. Lucky me. I just had them handwrite a receipt for her, and waited while they wrapped a breakable item, but even so it took me a good 10 to 15 minutes to pick up two items. In the back of the store along the wall are linens, children's toys, and two small fitting rooms. The left side of the store against the wall is filled with frames picture frames, in related knick-knacks. The right side of the store along the wall has a variety of handbags, cosmetic bags, and little knick-knacks of interest to women in girls. In the center are racks of clothes separated by size--men's clothes on the left, women's on the right. They have several racks of men's and of women's coats and jackets. Jewelry mostly hangs out up front near the checkout. There's always jewelry displayed in the window in little vignettes, so don't forget to look there, too. Window displays feature holiday-themed clothes, decorations, jewelry. This is a cash only store. If you need need cash, you can pop in The Laundry Basket laundromat next door and use their ATM. They also will hold items for you up to 3 days. They're closed on Sundays, and sometimes, like yesterday, they close early if they don't have any customers. It's always good to call first. And leave plenty of time for the checkout.
