Made an appointment for an inspection and first thing out of their mouth when dropping it off is they don't know when they can get to it. Then yells at me when I get frustrated. What's the point of making an appointment if you can't handle the buisness. You think yelling at me is going to get me to trust you with my car. Lost your mind.

I've been going to Bo for years and will continue. He's honest with very reasonable prices and I trust his judgment. I once had an issue wih an old Benz that was going to cost me 3k at the dealer and Bo fixed it for $500.

I had problems with my dealership trying to take advantage of me. I have an old car and I love it. It gets 24 miles to the gallon in the city. After 2 years appointed dealership in hanging over $2000 each time I decided to try a local shop. Bo and Dave saw no problem fixing a few minor issues and providing a thorough safety check. I play hard, brakes are important. So I saved more by trusting my instincts. Thank you, Bo and David. This business is about 20 years before that Abbots Gulf station.

Found out the technician installed the rotor incorrectly recently. The left rotor was installed on the right side and right side was installed on the left side. You would guess a shop would know this basic… i would take your car somewhere else, seems they don’t know what they are doing

I needed an inspection. Called and talked to someone that said “no problem, bring it in and drop it off tomorrow” so I brought it in the night before. They had ALL DAY to look at my vehicle which is basically brand new as well. Go in at 5pm to pick it up thinking it would be done. After the guy ignored me for about 3 minutes he asked “what do you want?” Said I was there to get my Tacoma, to which he looked confused. It had obviously been moved so someone knew it was there. He said they didn’t get to it yet which to me means they were about to keep it another full day to do the inspection. I took my keys and thanked the man for wasting my time and left. What a loser of a shop. If I could rate them negative stars I would. Don’t tell a customer to bring in a car for a simple inspection and not do it even though it sat there all day.

I wish I could give a zero star review. I went in at the beginning of the year with issues of my car’s engine giving issues and stalling out. Spent 500 dollars to get this fixed for a whole evap system replacement. Just a few days ago the exact same problems happened again and my car stalled out so I got a second opinion on what it was. Turns out all the evap codes are still there, from what the guy could tell there was a sensor replaced and that’s about it. I come back here to ask them what was going on and to mention everything that was happening and I am automatically met with attitude by Bo. Gaslighting me and telling me I shouldn’t have went somewhere else and getting loud with me. I’m not a confrontational person in the slightest but after this interaction it had me fuming. I will never step foot back in this establishment because not only do they not respect the vehicles that comes in, they obviously don’t respect to mind their tone either when talking to a woman.

Don't have to be overly nice to provide fair, quality service. Did good work at a fair price which is all you can ask for.

The Owner is the rudest man I've ever met. He ripped me off terribly. Didn't fix the problem and told me to find someone else to fix my piece of junk. If you call a 2021 Ford F-150 a piece of junk???Services: General repairs & maintenance

Would leave 0 stars if that was allowed.I am curious which towing service that Mt. Lebanon Auto Service utilizes to tow vehicles to and from their property. Does anyone have any additional information?Thanks.
