Worst car wash i have been to. Would give zero if i can. On top of that being told by the dude thats working there that i need to wipe the car for bugs before going into car wash and ending up with scratches on a brand new car is the highlight. What a waste of 20 dollars

Great car wash as usual at Mr Magic.. but it’s a nice addition when you can chat it up with the great and friendly staff. I had the opportunity to talk to Marcus today, he put a smile on my face, which I needed! Looking forward to coming back for more car washes and talking more with your awesome staff!

Asked the attendant to use the bug gun.
He gave it a quick squirt that missed the bumper altogether .
Went thru twice still didn't get it.
How hard is this to do???

I am a monthly subscriber. Customer service and quality has gone downhill at the Banksville location. During two consecutive visits, a young, female attendant did not help me guide my car into the loader which caused my car to tilt and my tire to scrape the loader. She finally pointed in which direction I needed to go while she rolled her eyes. No bag or tape was placed on my rear wiper blade. There is no front or rear spray before entering the wash at this location. After the wash, there is still soap on the car. Please, acknowledge the fact that there needs to be some improvement instead of making excuses or explaining away the complaint. Please take responsibility and do what needs to be done to make the experience better.

Friday night I arrival 7:50 pm They close the gate I go talk to the manager Open the gate 7:50 pm You supposed to be close 8:00 pm But they don’t care I have a membership from the Car Wash almost 7 years they don’t care about

Marcus, at Mr.Magic on Banksville Road, that worked on 6/13/24 (today). This review is solely dedicated to you. You personally went above and beyond for me in the middle of your guys rush!!! Taking your time to help explain the difference in each wash, and treating me like family. I with no doubt, will be returning and telling my Friends and Family with also the entirety of my work staff (over 200 people in this area) what GREAT customer service and hospitality you guys offer. And don’t get me started on how bright and colorful my car came out of that shop!!!! I’d give more stars or give you a raise myself if possible.!!! Need more people like him.

I go to this banksville road magic car wash every Tuesday and it is always a great experience! Mike and the team are enthusiastic and fun! And the wait is never very long.

The staff here are very friendly and efficient. I’ve been getting my car washed here for 4 years and I won’t go anywhere else!
