Molyneaux recently installed new flooring in our family room. The process was complicated by the need to abate the original tile floor, but Jeanie guided and supported us through the abatement as well as guided us in the design pick. Jeanie, Robbie, and our installers, Frank and Brenda, were a joy to work with, always professional and available to answer questions. We look forward to doing future projects!

Gina was very knowledgeable in carpet selection and scheduling installation in our new home. I would highly recommend her and will choose Molyneaux again for any future renovations.

Getting the in home consultation and picking the carpet was super easy and a breeze, we had no trouble or complaints with that stage of the process. The trouble comes in with the installation. I was not present but my parents were for the installation. First the installers turned off our A/C and forgot to inform my parents ts they turned it off so it remained off for the majority of the day till I got home. I guess this was because they kept the front door open the whole time while installing the carpet which resulted in me walking into a house not only sweltering but occupied by a ton of flies. I'm not sure if this is industry standard if it is I would be willing to remove that part. Lastly, the extra carpet was placed in a precarious way in our spare room that resulted in it knocking over a computer monitor screen. So the first part with working with them was great but the second part was not as smooth. Would maybe recommend them knowing that I would suggest giving very clear instructions to the installers about what is allowable during installation.

We went through Molyneaux for our carpeting needs and that process was organized and efficient. When we decided we needed to update our kitchen, we made a design appointment. Megan reached out asking to set up a phone conversation the day before to discuss our needs and product. We agreed on a 4:30pm appointment. I waited 35 minutes and sent her a message, no response. A total of 45 minutes went by before she responded saying a meeting ran late and she had just gotten to her car. I would have liked to use their services, but I’ve also gotten burned letting go of situations like that. If you are going to need to reschedule, then let me know ahead of time. If you can’t make the scheduled meeting time, don’t agree to it in th first place.

Mariah Hill was a fabulous designer! Great color visions, multiple pricing options, consistent communication with all questions answered. My new LVT remodel on my 2nd floor is wonderful. I could not have made these decisions by myself. Thanx Mariah!

Just incredibly impressed with the process from start to finish. Jeanie and Mariah were fantastic and took personal interest in the design and estimate process on-site. There was always communication and the Molyneaux team was upfront on everything, even minor delays or supply issues. Gene did a fantastic job on the backsplash and you can tell he takes pride in his work. The kitchen looks fantastic and I had barely any time without use of a kitchen which was most important to me. Highly recommend.

Avoid for anything but floors. Even then shop around.
The subs /companies they use for their other services are not a good quality.

What a great experience, starting with Jenn, who listened to what we were thinking and nailed it with 3 different choices that matched our needs. Her professional advice allowed us to pick the perfect carpet and color! The installation was excellent, and Ray and Ryan (I think I got that right) were courteous, professional, and expert installers!

We had a fantastic experience with the entire Molyneaux team from sales to installation! Cindy Benson was incredibly helpful and professional with our carpet selection. She came out several times to make sure we got it right. The installers were fantastic as well. I highly recommend you contact Cindy for a fair and professional experience.

Man...let me tell you....if you use anybody but Molyneaux, you have lost your mind! From start to finish these people were AMAZING! NOLAN was my sales Rep and he was nothing but stellar! Well versed and knowledgeable about his job function. All of my questions were answered thoroughly in his presence. Now, lets get into the meat and potatoes of it all:1) Prompt appointment keeping and communication!2) Ease of scheduling an installation appointment! (not even a week since the order and they were here!)3) The installers were prompt as well. ALFONZO and his crew were exemplary in their field of expertise. They were all polite, kind, courteous and respectful not to mention the excellent work they provided! They even took apart and moved the funriture out and back in after they finished! They were extremely clean and respectful to my home and my life partner.4) OK.....last but definitely not least, a gentlemen showed up at my door this morning to install a "Transitional Piece" from my bathroom into the hallway. Let me just say one word...ILIJA! Yup, that's his name, the specialist for Molyneaux. This man is a well seasoned individual in carpentry and I am sure a lot more. He came in and like McGiver seemingly whittled a specialty transitional piece that fit and performed like a glove! This guy knows what he is doing for sure! I mentioned to him that i had a few doors that did not fit after the carpet was installed. He then exclaimed "I can take care of that for you sir" and before I had a chance to make a cup of coffee, he was done! I AM TRIPPING! This doesn't happen in the real world! Its nice to find someone who actually knows what he is doing. Well done ILIJA!The Lesson: Family Owned, Professional Staff, Fairly Priced, Installers inclusive to Molyneauxs.Any questions? :)

From the initial meeting with Gary (Design Consultant) to the installation everything was just perfect. The bottom line price after all the discounts & the professionalism of Gary and the installation team was amazing. I would highly recommend the Molyneaux team.

Wow!! The overall experience with Molyneaux was incredible.Jeremy and his team were wonderful! They were very quiet while working, very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the install and also gave me some guidance how to cover my floor for my bathroom renovation in the coming days.Gina was very kind, brought lots of samples and helped narrow down which carpeting looked best in my space tying in the other rooms.I 100% would recommend Molyneaux to anyone who is looking for in home renovations.

My husband and I are perfectionists, so we knew we needed to go to the best to have new wood floors installed. We put Molyneaux up to quite the challenge: 3,000 of hardwood floors with seamless flow throughout, and on a tight timeline. Man did they deliver. Kiley and Nolan helped us pick the perfect hardwood, and the installation team was top-notch. Much respect for people that are highly skilled at their jobs, and Joe and Danny are 2 of those people. We've gone the cheap route before and always regretted the final product. No regrets this time!
