Great people, execution lacking.TL;DR - everyone we worked and talked with was great, but we experienced several issues with the install and those issues continue to persist today.This is a delayed review, as I waited a year since Molyneaux's last work on our house for this project to make sure I gave ample time for us to assess the issues. As mentioned above, every person we talked to during planning and the workers were phenomenal and helpful. But after the initial install of our subfloor and LVT in November '21, workers had to come back that same month, again in March '22, and then once more in January '23 (and the laast two times an inspector came out prior to the re-work to confirm the issues were do to install mishaps). Each time, they had to come back to fix a number of things including the subfloor not being nailed down properly (which caused massive creaking), nails popping up through the LVT, and laying new tile where gaps were showing from the quarter round. When they came back in January '23, we were told that sometimes the workers are using the nail gun so quickly that they don't realize it needs reloaded. That was the explanation they gave for why one corner of our dining room creaked so badly from the subfloor not having enough nails. Not something we want to hear after making an such investment on this project. Unfortunately, since their last work here in January '23, we've found several new areas of creaking, nail protrusion, gaps, and we've had to redo our quarter round in several places because they reused an re-nailed the same quarter-round pieces every time they came back out to the house.Again, terrific people. But for the price of the project, we didn't get a final product we expected.

I had a fantastic experience working Amy Walsh at Molyneaux. She was extremely helpful for the many questions that I had as a first time home owner. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I knew all of my options when it came to financing, levels of carpet, and more. She came out and measured my new townhome and made recommendations on different carpet styles that would look nice. Thanks Amy and Molyneaux!

Was supposed to have an install this morning between 8-10. This was after the appointment was changed twice by Molyneaux. Get a call around 9, stating the installer (George) won't be here until 1. I tell them we had a confirmed date/time, and 1 wouldn't work. No problem, was told they would be here by 10:30. ONE guy shows up at 11, who can't even do the backsplash install. Trim only. George, we were told, would be here in an hour. Fast forward, it's now 2:45, and NO ONE is here. The manager won't call us back. Our sales rep (Brianna) won't call us back. Our baseboard is torn up, partially replaced. There is junk on our porch and in our driveway from the first guy (Raphael) that was here. We are paying THOUSANDS of dollars for our kitchen project, and we can't get a call back or our install done?! NEVER again. Don't use this company!!!!!

I had such a positive experience with Molyneaux this past week. Marco and Marco were my installers for 2 large rooms of carpeting. They were efficient, hard working and such a pleasure to deal with that day. They.did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

This was my first time trying out Molyneaux but it won't be my last. I really appreciated the personal touch. Jeanie has been super helpful from the start. Mariah joined us at the home consult and together they made it a great experience. Both were so patient and provided valuable input.The install went smoothly and was so quick! We got new carpet on stairs, upstairs hallway, living room and home office. They were in and out, leaving behind perfectly vacuumed rooms with all the furniture (which they moved - yay!) neatly back in place.It may be a little more pricey, but I think the service is worth it. I look forward to continuing to work with Jeanie as we make more improvements on our home.

I would give 10 stars 2 the installers only when it comes 2 talking 2 ANYONE from the company after u put money down on ur purchase u will never get 2 talk 2 anyone but the person that answers the phone. They were supposed 2 call me days b 4 they were coming never happened. I tryed calling them several times the day b 4 they were supposed 2 come got nobody. I got a call half hour b 4 they were supposed 2 b here that was it. And I tryed contacting them after my installation was done 2 get a receipt good luck got the run around 4 4 days till I could actually talk 2 a person. No communication what so ever between employers n buyers. If u don't get ahold of them u will not get a receipt. Installers were fantastic. Everything else bad.

We had a wonderful experience having carpet installed in our spare room! Jeanie and Mariah were kind and quick to provide a free in home quote! The actual installation was the easiest project I have ever had done to my home. They were quick and extremely clean. They offer great discounts and payment options! We would definitely use them again!

If I could leave a zero I would. I was told I was purchasing good quality carpet for pets and all I have had is additional stress and aggravation. When the carpet finally came in 2 technician came and where suppose to pull up the old carpet in my livingroom, hallway and closets as written in the work order. After the technician removed the livingroom carpet they left with out informing me. I was stuck playing phone tag for several hours asking to have the technician come back and finish the job. They were unable to get any technicians to come back out until the next day and f course I was the last stop. I explained my husband has a brain injury and is disabled it takes a lot for him to be able to handle any change. A few months after the carpet was installed I noticed some of the carpet pulling up. Again customer service Roy took extremely long to return any calls. When he did he advised he would send and inspector to look over the carpet. There inspector determined my de-clawed cat had to claw the carpet apart and would file a claim. More than a month past before Roy reach out and said he forgot about me and would send a courteous service team out to patch the carpet. I wasn't in the mood to argue about this and was going to wait to see how the patched carpet looked. So i setup an appointment to have this fixed, confirmed the appointment several times to be able to prep my husband that unfirmirlar people would be here and the time frame they would be coming. Once again technicians don't show on time which was a 4 hour window. They didn't have to common respect to give a call saying there was a delay and they were still coming. Once again i have to call Roy who has more excuses. Once they finally showed I am told carpet is wet and can't be fixed. I have NEVER been treated so terribly by anyone ever. Wasted over $3000 for cheaply made carpet and horrible customer service.was also promised the owner would reach out to me so I wait 10 business day before calling him onlybto be informed he had knownknowledge of any of this.

Shannon and Molyneaux did a fantastic job with helping my family pick our carpet and throughout the whole installation process. Shannon brought tons of samples and let us pick what we wanted and didn't try to sell us on anything we did not need or want. She took measurements at the appointment and gave us a quote. She even worked with us on the price. The carpet has great padding and the carpet itself is of high quality. The installers came in the morning, removed the old carpet and padding, installed our carpet/padding, and were complete by 4 pm. They did not leave any mess behind.You can tell with Molyneaux that you get top-quality products and services. I looked other places, even know Molyneaux was more expensive, it was worth it to get better quality carpet and quick install by a professional contractor than someplace like Home Depot, where they don't know what they are doing and don't glue and stretch the materials properly. Highly recommend Molyneaux!When you read a review, it is also good to point out some negatives points too. I had two things that I would like to mention. I wish there was more of a follow-up post-installation to see how things went and they charged my credit card with the second half of the bill before the job was done. But other than that, Molyneaux and Shannon did a good job.
