“Brendan was awesome. Called in the morning and explained my issue. He instructed me to ask for him directly, I came into the store a few hrs later. I had a phone hat powered up but the screen didn't display. Asked him if he could retrieve my contacts and transfer to the new phone and 20 minutes later I was outta there with a new phone and completely satisfied. “My family and I recently visited the Verizon store on Greentree Road to upgrade our 4 phones and add a 5th line to our plan. I have always found this process extremely stressful in the past, but Kyle, the rep who worked with us, was excellent and put me at ease. He detailed everything and answered all of our questions. I was completely impressed with his customer service and how easy he made the entire process. I highly recommend this Verizon store!”

“My experience at The At&t store in Brentwood plaza was an exquisite experience delivered to me by Sales Associate Leigha i came in to switch carrier but Leigha informed me i have a free upgrade on my service I was unware of i ended up getting a massive upgrade from s21 to a S24 ultra Leigha was patient and courteous resembling that of a 1st grade teacher she went above and beyond without a doubt she is a asset to the company and i returned my old device to Abby who replicated my experience. i will refer my friends and colleagues to this branch of AT&t.”
“Great place - didn't know there was an AT&T store here in Squirrel Hill. Was really glad with their service - my parents are visiting Pittsburgh for a month (from Malaysia) and they were able to set him up with a new SIM card (on his phone from Malaysia) and it was instantly hooked up to the network and just simply added onto my pre-existing family plan. They also told me AT&T does internet and cable now - might have to compare prices between them and Xfinity. Ben and Shem were of great help - friendly, pleasant staff members!”

“I lost my phone in an unfortunate accident this week. I visited the T-Mobile store on June 5, 2024 at 9 AM. The two women there working were so incredibly helpful and kind and totally turned my whole day around. They promptly helped me and expeditiously completed my purchase and set up. I don’t know what I would have done without them.”
“My husband and I first went in to change to auto pay to get the discount on paperless billing and to register for the teacher discount with our son . we found out that the bill had to be put in our sons name because my husband being maintence in the school dist. he did not qualify for it! Steve set it up for the teacher discount with our son being a Principle in VA. then Steve showed us we could save money by switching our internet, TV ,and phone service from verizon to AT&T which turned into hugh savings! we then ended up buying new Phones for Me, my husband, and son.and thru it all Steve guided us thru every aspect of the deal,no easy task since my husband and I are not the smartest technology wise. we could not have asked for a better experience. Steve went above and beyond with us and we are very happy to say we feel like family. My husband is recovering from a cancer operation and said he felt no pressure at all tthrough the process. so thank you Steve and your staff for all the help, we highly recommend the staff at the McKnight road store to anyone !”

“I went in this past Monday when my phone was not working at all. Hailey was so helpful, unfortunately she had to call Verizon customer service where the first lady was so rude she asked to speak to a manager 4x’s. We finally got another rep who put the manager on to help reset my SIM card. Hailey was very professional she understood I did not have the time or way to another store. Definitely for all my Verizon needs I will go to this store again! (If I wanted to deal with the rudeness of the customer service I would have called myself) oh wait my phone was not working!”
