Our moving experience with (Miracle Movers - Pittsburgh, PA) was highly unsatisfactory. They arrived over two hours late on both packing and moving days. After packing for only two hours, they claimed to run out of boxes and left without returning that day. The next day, they arrived with a smaller, rented vehicle instead of the agreed-upon one, necessitating two trips instead of one. They also did not bring a toolbox for disassembling the beds, requiring us to provide our own. Significant damage occurred to a mattress and furniture, and they attempted to upcharge us by $2,500, later reducing it to over $1,000 above the original estimate. Despite the total move distance being less than 6-miles (~13 minutes) apart. They have yet to address the damaged goods, despite having photos and videos of the damage from day one. I am now seeking redress legally.
I would not recommend this organization based on our experience.

My parents and I just used Miracle Movers. Multiple stops and coordinating a small circus and talk with us very well and they all were great.

This was the 3rd company I contacted Miracle Movers had the best rates was truly professional even though I was not completely ready when they arrived I have the sale manager Rob to thank for arranging the movers to go the extra mile with helping me to move

Horrible experience. Came late both days. On the 2nd day they came with a small uhaul and had to make 2 trips. In-between trips the movers left behind to unpack did nothing, citing inability to put beds together. There ended up being alot of rework due to furniture assembled wrongly. Some of our furniture was significantly damaged. They ended up staying in our house up to 11pm due to their errors. They charged us significantly more than was quoted! I will definitely not recommend them.

We had an amazing experience. I was really nervous looking for movers to help downsize my mom’s house after hearing so many horror stories of different companies. They took their time giving a thorough estimate and explaining everything to us. On the day of the move Frank, Neil, and Brandon were amazing! They were extremely careful wrapping all of her delicate antiques and furniture. I was so impressed with how polite, helpful, and kind all three of them were. They worked extremely hard all day. It really felt like they truly cared about making us comfortable during a highly stressful day. I will use this company for any moving needs I have in the future. I can not say enough how pleased we were.
Edited to add: They placed everything exactly where my mom wanted and set everything back up that was taken apart for the move. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to do walkthroughs on each end to ensure nothing was missed and that we were satisfied before leaving.

Well this is the second review I wrote. We was scheduled for moving on June 27. 930 am. To start the movers came at 1030. When they came which was 2 of them. They started to take my belongings downstairs to where we live. They by the way arrived at 1030 am. At around 12pm NO truck. So I started calling Rob asking him where are truck is. He said it was in route , well after the 6 th call to him he no longer answered the phone and no truck showed up. All my belongings sitting outside at this point we rented a U-Haul to move my furniture it was 230 am when the job was complete . Rob was totally useless. He could have sent help. So the job could have got done sooner. But no He had no regard for us nothing was done. ! Thank god for those 2 compassionate workers . Who stayed. And moved. I highly recommend you do not use this company. Go to south hills movers I think they will send a truck !!!!!

I wish this could be a 5 star review. But if I’m being honest I would caution someone first before referring. The gentleman that came out and gave us the estimate was great. The move itself (4/19) started out ok - 3 guys for 6 hours - 30 miles house to house. Arrived about 10:30 am and headed to new house just before 2:00 pm. Finished well after 6 hours. Had a hard time rebuilding our furniture. Asked two of us to assist in taking off wrapping from furniture or taking apart something. Then got in a hurry and damaged a desk. They called management from our house immediately, took pictures and we were told we’d be contacted that Monday (4/21) by a repair person. 2 weeks later - still no call. We called and that person said I don’t know what you’re talking about and we should’ve called sooner. Then we are told we will get a call again. Another week - no call. After several more calls we finally heard from their repair person (5/15). After discussion and pictures that we had to retake because they said they didn’t have any it was decided it would be a replacement instead and we would get a call from management. Another week and no call. Did reach someone that admitted they dropped the ball, we agreed to an amount and the issue was finally resolved. With that being said, communication was a huge issue and customer service was not what it should’ve been.

They came in & told me I had bed bugs! Left my bed at old house & I had to get a bug man! Also had to buy a new bed right away because I was having back surgery 2 days after the move! The bug guy came & said there were no bed bugs! So I had to get rid a perfectly good bed & purchase another! They never did anything to make it right for me!

There were pros and cons to working with Miracle Movers. The pros were the scheduling process and estimate, both of which were easy and efficient. Another pro is the pricing which was a much lower hourly rate than a few other companies I called. The final cost even ended up a little lower than the quote, which was a pleasant surprise! The men showed up about an hour later than they said but I am understanding of circumstances like traffic and personnel so that doesn’t factor into my rating. The reason I had to take some stars away is there are several pieces of furniture that got banged up and even a scape on my hardwood floor. Additionally I was told someone would reach out to address the issues but that hasn’t happened and we moved 1 week ago. I know there are risks when hiring movers and I am pretty understanding so I would just advise other customers to perhaps either move your valuable/sentimental items yourself or package appropriately yourself, especially if cost is a priority as some other moving companies were going to charge two or three times as much. So, I recommend Miracle Movers just with those caveats.
