mixed reviews. sometimes very good and sometimes rude and untrustworthy. recently, I needed a medication prior to surgery. They were waiting to get it in. A pharmacist told me to call back prior to surgery. He said if they still did not have the medicine, they would order it so I could have it the next day. So I called back. they still did not have the medicine. The pharmacist who picked up the call said they do not order medicine so it will arrive next day. Then before she ended the call, she told me that she did not believe that any pharmacist ever told me they could order my medicine so it would arrive the next day. I was stuck calling around to various pharmacies to find the medicine I needed. I learned that Amazon can be a good resource for pharmacy needs.

They made an appointment to give 2 of us Covid vaccines, told us that they had the vaccine in stock when we called to confirm, kept us waiting 45 minutes in line, then told us that they had overbooked and ran out of vaccine. Customer service is unacceptable.

This place deserves 0 stars. I called in with my insurance and was connected to the MinuteClinic. My wife had an appointment with them and they erroneously billed it as the service area was in Maine. 2 employees said they didn't know anything about billing and they transferred me to Anthony who they said was a manager. I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional and incompetent in my life. I asked if he worked in the minute clinic and he said he didn't. I explained we called the minute clinic to figure out how to correct the billing for my claim. Anthony decided to interrupt me and rudely say "I said I don't work for the minute clinic". I explained that I heard him the first time and if he didn't interrupt me I could finish my sentence on what I was trying to get accomplished. All I wanted was the number to billing for the minute clinic and I tried saying it was odd that nobody in that department knew the right number for billing. He once again interrupted to say he doesn't work at the minute clinic and when I asked him to let me finish my sentence his ego couldn't take the blow and he hung up. Rather than trying to help someone find the information, he could only "guess" who to contact.

Dr. Nutter was great. She explained what could be going on and came up with a plan for me. The visit was quick, easy and helpful. I would definitely go back.

Apparently let's you sign up for tests they don't even do which I found out the hard way at my appointment that started 20 min late. The nurse I quote made the excuse that she "doesn't have time" for the day and told me to go to Quest. Moral of the story, just go to Quest this place is useless.

Great bathrooms!The manager has creepy vibes but you just deal with it. I mean I would not trust him with my child. Yet I trust him managing a CVS pharmacy.

This place soem of the staff are friendly do not get me wrong. The way the employees are treated by the the so called store manager is outrageous. He is a disposable store manager and the way he treats people is just a shame. He took one employee not mention any names he was a store manager in training did not train the man half right to begin with, then through ended his training three months early through him into a a store that was basically falling down. When the employee in question needed help and wanted to leave and get the training they coviended him to stay said they would help and all. After a month of not giving him help because another store manager in training sucked up to the other one they tried to remove the other employee and put him back in training when he was a good manager anyway they just play favoritism and the store manager is a pathetic human being not to mention a worthless manager and then throwing there employees and using them bedside your to lazy to actually do the work and you are not at your own store half the time just running around to kiss up to HR is a shame. This employee had a heart of gold he is a very a good man . I beg anyone he wants to shop there please do not go go to another CVS where they treat there employees with respect. I will keep posting about this place on other places as well because I feel like people who shope there support that behavior and that's not the way it should be. I know a bunch of folks who are quitting and not going back because of how the employees are treated. If we allow this behavior from others then that does not say much about us as a society.

i use cvs alot to purchase items that i need for myself food,and hair suppliesand household items with the discount card. i was manulpated by the government robert wilson to purchase some gift cards so he can fix his files. realizing he was using me i went to returned them and i hadd the receipt. they wouldn't return them so i'm out of money. they do not have no sign up saying no return. then they tell me to call the crd custmor service. i called custmor sevice they say they can not return it ecause i id not puchase from there company so i have a google play card ,i can not use.so i think i'm going to call ther corpate office to see if i can get a better result.theresa carroll indepent.
