It's never a fortunate time when you have to contact an autobody shop. However, the team at Mike's Auto Body shop know how to ease the pain of the process. From the initial phone call to the final inspection for an estimate I felt their team had my best interest in mind. Bonnie on the initial call guided me through the scheduling process and even provided good insight into the insurance claim process and reality of having my car repaired given its senior status. She worked with my schedule to make sure I could make it in for an estimate in a timely manner as I dealt with the headache causing process of working withan insurance claim with the other party at fault. Then, Harrison at the front desk upon entry was a brief interaction, but a kind presence to have in a less desirable situation. Lastly, Joe the one who worked on my estimate, was thorough and explained the entire process to me so that I could have the best possible idea of some potential outcomes for my vehicle. He explained each part of the vehicle that was damaged, the repair process, and how repairs would likely be limited in nature for my old car. Joe provided understandable insight into the insurance claim process and talked me through the process for considering next steps. Although my poor car was considered a total loss due to it's age and I did not get to experience their body work services, I would strongly recommend this group of folks. I have no doubt in my mind their mechanics follow through with optimal service given the experiences I had with the front line folks. If it ever comes to it again, and of course I'm hoping not, I will be returning to this shop for any type of car work I need done.

Mikes autobody is the worst body shop I ever have ever took my car to,it was not by choice that I took there,they had my car for 5 month's,first and then couldn't get the lights on my dashboard out and had to take it to the dealership to get fixed and left it there and when I called mikes to check on my car I found out he had sold the business and the new owners told me that mikes left my car at the dealership,they got a call from them asking when was they gonna get the car and pay for the repairs that mikes didn't pay,so when caliber the new owners called me to pick up my car it had the wrong bumper on,there was a loose bolt and had to be recalibrated,It was the worst experience of my life,mike's autobody is the worst and unprofessional autobody I ever used,I will not recommend them to no one,be aware of them if you take your car there and if I can think of anything else I will put up another review don't go to mike's autobody they suck.

They do good work my. my truck was very clean wheels where shiny l was very glad to get my truck back they only problem l had it took to long but other than that l was happy with the job

I thought this shop was a good choice to later find out they were not. They gave me my car back and told me they were waiting for parts that I still haven't got. Put black electrical tape on my window instead of the window seal. The finder they said they were waiting I still haven't received. I got into another accident same side to find out they were paid $10,000 dollars to replace the door and did not instead repaired the door and now my door has issues from being repaired in stead of replaced. I called to discuss this matter they continue to hang up and speak rudely saying call your insurance company.! Instead of even listening to my complaint they were paid 10,000 to do 2,500 worth of work if that. My car hasn't driven right since. Do not go there unless you want a issue with your car and rude service when questioning the situation.

I brought my car here after someone clipped my front bumper off in front of my house .On an insurance claim. My car looks good. The owner personally came out and assisted me when I needed help. I was updated every couple days about my car . The 2 women at the front desk were very nice to me .

I dropped my vehicle off January 16 with a promise it would take nine days to fix my vehicle. It’s now been one month and two weeks I would not recommend Mike’s auto body to anyone. I got my Estimate in October I couldn’t drop it off until January. It is now February 23 and I still don’t have my vehicle after being called on Monday and told I can pick it up today but somehow still not ready. So f_____n mad.Services: Body & Trim

Do not I repeat do NOT take your car here. They are horrible had my car 3 different times and it still wasn’t fix correctly. They painted my car two different colors it was very noticeable. They ended up getting over 6,000 dollars from my insurance company for work that never was done correctly. Now I have to take my car somewhere else to have it redone. The receptionist and the owner who are husband and wife are both rude and unprofessional. I found out that they have filed for bankruptcy bunch of scammers! DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!!
