I will NOT be coming back. She told us, in her words, "This is not a department store, you cannot just come in here". In an extremely condescending tone. She allowed us to look around, but her condescending tone and lack of help made me just want to leave. We experienced absolutely horrible customer service and were treated with such disrespect. We were very simple. We just wanted to try on one dress, and we were going to buy it (we came to BUY, not LOOK. SHE DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO MY MOTHER TO LOOK AT MOTHER DRESSES. No big group with me, just me and my mother. This lady (older lady) is a nightmare who treated me like a child. I'm also from out of town, and I never should have allowed that woman to talk to me like I was small and insignificant for my big day.

The worst customer service! I literally walked in the store and looked around by myself for at least 8 mins literally without anyone even knowing I was there and no one came out on the floor where I was the entire time I was there. As I’m walking out and up the stairs to leave I then was greeted asking if I needed help…lol. I said no thank you because I’ve been here for awhile and no one even came out. A lady proceeded to say that’s because people usually schedule an appointment, which is not indicated on the website to my knowledge nor was this mentioned when I called ahead to make sure they were open and see what time they closed. In addition to the poor customer service I experienced, the garments looked old and dated. This was just not the quality I am used to. Maybe others have had a better experience but mine wasn’t good.

Yolanda was is such a breath of fresh air she is like going home to family. I just fell in love . Her granddaughters are so precious. Her prices are great. The work she does is so fast and beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Go to her for all your needs

I can’t say enough about Yolanda and Michaels .My daughter needed last minute alterations on 2 dresses for her wedding .She had nothing but optimism and reassured my daughter Casey she would be beautiful on her wedding day . She altered and pressed both dresses in 3 weeks . Thank you again Yolanda she was beautiful and dresses were perfection .

Yolanda is the best! I went to other places prior and after and they left me feeling sad and like I was on my own.. no help with dress try ons and no understanding of the dresses and what could be charged immediately. I knew I had to come back to her! I did and I bought the dress! She truly looks at each client as her own daughter. She knows exactly what she can do and how to make you feel like a princess. She is holding my dress and my veil for my wedding in November.. Because of her I have a renewed fire for my wedding day!!!

Yolanda is amazing, truly one of a kind!! She altered my mother of the bride dress beautifully. She also turned my daughter's wedding gown into the gown of her dreams. It was purchased from another shop which was not an issue at all, Yolanda basically had to reconstruct the gown, and put it back together She removed layer upon layer of tulle underneath - hemming multiple alternating length layers on bottom of gown. Shoulders pulled up, nip and tuck here and there, etc. Due to Covid Yolanda also stored our gowns for a year. She sure knows her stuff, highly recommend!!!

After getting my wedding dress, I went to Yolanda who was highly recommended by a family friend for my dress fitting and matching custom made cape, clutch purse and garter. Yolanda is the most exciting, welcoming, talented and amazing designer that I have ever met. She embraces work that is challenging and has the art of perfection in every small detail. My dress had layers and she did an excellent job at bustling all the different layers precisely. We had lot of appointments, each for capturing small details and for perfect fitting of my dress. The cape, purse and garter that she designed for my dress was breathe taking. It was exactly what I envisioned for my medieval theme (game of thrones inspired) wedding. She made my dream come true with her art. I cannot thank her enough to work so hard on my wedding attire and for being so nice to my in laws and parents. She called me on my wedding day just to make sure everything looked good and how happy she was to see me getting married. Yolanda is the best of the best!!!!! LOVE her <3

Yolanda is one of a kind!! She altered my wedding dress and did a SUBERB job. Her attention to detail, desire for perfection, and hard-working nature is hard to come by these days. Her training and experience in alterations is impressive and I felt completely at ease and confident in her abilities. Our alteration sessions were one of my favorite things about wedding planning because it was stress free and I knew my dress was in good hands. Love her!
