Worst experience ever!!! My daughter broke her screen being that our service is already with Metro we decided to go get another phone. Long story short they literally tried to raise my bill, make me get a phone that they thought I should get. I told them there was a certain amount that I wanted to adhere to. They told me it would be 10 times that amount. We left the store went right next door and got a new phone and all within my budget. They are SCAMMERS in that store!!!

Worker came in late at 10:36 AM. I’m standing at the door and tells me they don’t open until 11 AM when the sign on the door says 10 AM and their Internet presents also says 10 AM.

I had service through this store for years. I decided to go with another company. In store service is just not good anymore. If I hear different in the future i might go back. Don't like to mention bad reviews just telling the truth how I feel.

the ownerwas very helpfuland explainingto me.inspite of my learning disablity he took the time to show me love. explainig the bill payment .worked with me on the cost of the phone. i'm a simple girl, i'm retired and don't need top notch phone.i like my laptop better. theresa carroll independent.

Jack, went above and beyond helping me find the phone that was suitable for me. I was really confused going in, as far as what kind of phone to purchase. But Jack explained everything very clearly, and I left with a great phone.. I would highly recommend this store to anybody who is purchasing a phone, or looking for a phone provider for service. Really great experience.

The dude never open on time, when asked he gives ignorant reply. The store is never clean and very bad customer service overall. I wish I could give negative stars.

I was over charged, he got angry and told me not to come back because a customer heard all of my complaint that she walked out so the metro rep would not discuss any thing else about my phone, I couldn't get internet for almost two weeks never did get any compensation and the phone itself I was over charged. The phone was defective from the beginning, and they would not assist when I went back the next day. I gave him a security code, and he made his own. Go to another metro location, I'd recommend downtown; they are amazing!

Thankful for the polite customer service. It’s great to not be on a contract. I love that I could lower my plan by month any time I wanted. After tied to a contract for 18 months, metro is a breath of fresh air.

Jimmy at the Metro on the Southside is the worst rep I ever had. He has no customer service ability whatsoever and is disrespectful and unknowledgeable in regards to what he's doing. He completely screwed up when I upgraded my phone and then had the nerve to take it out on me like it was my fault and TRY to get nasty with me. He shouldn't even have a job let alone one where he has to interact with customers!
