This store and the owners are thieves. I purchased a phone which was defective and never used, and instead of refunding me my monies, he would only service the phone under warranty. Regardless of the fact that I have never used the phone. His employee also confirmed that they have had this problem in the past with the phone and the owner refuses refuses refunds on the A11 because he won't make any money. So why are they continuing to sell the phone? He is knowingly selling defective phones and not providing refunds, do not shop here.

If I could give negative stars I would. If they were the only phone company then I would not have a phone even my husband who was a big fan of metro says he wouldn't use them ever again!!!
