I’ve been to all of the Mercedes dealerships in the area. It was my first time at the Pittsburgh one. This was probably the worst experience I had. The employees were very nice, but nothing I wanted done they could do except for one thing. I took my vehicle in for a few things - external detailing (mainly for some touch up paint issues we were having), to get a new scent atomizer, to get a dash cam installed, and get my breaks looked at because they were squeaking when I stopped. They only did the external detailing and could not do anything about the messed up touch up paint. They basically told me they don’t install dash cams. I thought this odd because they sell one specifically for Mercedes cars on their site. They told me to go to an outside shop if I want one installed. Never gave me a new scent atomizer. And didn’t get back to me on checking the breaks until the next day, when I had messaged them right after my appt about them. They said the car would need to stay longer if they did this. I am highly disappointed with this experience here and will most likely not be going back.

Disappointing experience with this dealer. My father used them for service for years but the sales department has really gone down hill. Salesman had to be begged to follow up with me and put numbers on my trade as I was interested in a pre-owned E Class. Doesn’t seem that they’re interested in a sale unless you walk in and want to buy something new off the showroom. Big disappointment!

We went in to get a lease today, and Jack was awesome to work with. He was patient as we looked around, test drove a car, and asked him to break down multiple different payment options for a handful of different scenarios, and even found the perfect car for us even though they didn’t have it on the lot. He was also very patient explaining the features, and overall we are grateful for his help. Would definitely recommend working with Jack Donahue if you need to buy or lease a new Mercedes.

I inquired online about a car, and Darien promptly provided information. Juan Carlos followed up, and Darien stayed in touch throughout the car-buying process. Both addressed my questions promptly, giving me peace of mind. I received my E450 coupe and I LOVE IT! Their communication was excellent, making me feel comfortable purchasing a car entirely online and having it shipped to my home. Thanks, Mercedes of Pittsburgh!

My wife and I dealt with Ryan while looking for a new Volvo XC40. He was knowledgeable, friendly and truly tried to help us find the vehicle we wanted. Unfortunately they didn't have stock of the unit we wanted. We ended up purchasing from an out of state dealer and had the vehicle shipped. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan! He's a class act!

After dropping my car in for servicing here (which is the only reason I am giving a star because servicing is satisfactory here), I decided to walk into the dealership to browse their inventory. All of the employees were huddled around the receptionist at the front desk and none of them greeted me and just looked at me (including the receptionist herself) until I asked to browse the AMG inventory and that's when they finally decided to build a rapport with me. Horrible customer service from the front desk area.

I bought a CPO 2021 Mercedes in December of 2022. At the time, I would have given it a five star review. The buying experience was easy and friendly, and I was overall pleased. This year was my first inspection, and the car failed. The car only had 9k miles at purchase. I only added 5k miles in a year. Yet, the front tires failed inspection and apparently the rear tires just scooted by until next year. Despite the talk about the company wanting it to be showroom quality when I drove it off the lot, I knew that was just salesmanship; it was CPO and I didn't expect perfection, despite it being relatively new. However, what kind of tires were put on this car that they failed inspection after 5k additional miles?? It makes me question what else is wrong with the vehicle. I keep getting email and fliers from salesperson asking me if I love my vehicle and would recommend them to others. I contacted him last Friday, expressed my concern, and never even heard back. No apology, no coupon or something to offset the cost the dealer charges for tires, nothing. The customer service I got when I gave them my business is not what I'm seeing when I bring up a concern. Very disappointing.
Update: The manager contacted me and was friendly, professional, and rectified the situation. That being said, the explanation of how the tires were out of alignment and that caused the wear concerns me. When I bought the car, they had forgotten to reset the service so I drove with that annoying warning for a year. I now have concerns that other things, like possibly the alignment, weren't double checked before I took the car off the lot. I also wish the salesperson himself had made more of an effort to address the missed communication as a professional curtesy, though I'm thankful that at least the manager did reach out quickly.

Wow, what can i say or where do i even begin. We have chose to come to this dealership over the dealership that is closest to us we live in WV due to their quality of service (worth the miles put on my car). Not only do they go above and beyond every time, but this time they really outdid themselves. We are welcoming our sweet baby boy in two weeks and they made sure to service my vehicle, get it ready for the baby and give us a sweet sweet gift. Wow our service advisor Dale is wonderful, and we will NEVER go to another mercedes. All our future cars will continue to be purchased from them, they have lifetime customers and we will always recommend any mercedes friends directly to them. SO SO SWEET. My car has also not been this clean since we purchased it. Thank you again to our service advisor Dale, we have not had the best of luck with our current car, but recently things have started to look up and everything is going great with our new SUV.
