I love Groceria Merante so much. My family is Italian, and it makes me so happy going into the store to see all of my favorite foods and products. Also, the owners are all so kind, helpful, and welcoming.

Incredibly friendly staff, great prices, and a surprisingly large selection of produce in spite of their small size. I love the seasonal fruits/vegetables. I would shop here so much more if they were open later. Best grocery store in Oakland, hands down.
