My in-person therapy group stated that I had progressed beyond what they normally see.

“Very good experience at Compression management. The staff is wonderful but, their billing practices are atrocious. Why should customers pre-pay for their compression garments before compression management submits their bill to the insurance company? That’s why we pay insurance so we don’t have to pay out-of-pocket I will be going to another company for my compression garments one that will submit my insurance claim before I have to go into my pocket to pay out large amounts of money. I’m on a fixed income I’m a retired postal worker, and this is how they treat their patients shame on you Compression management, shame on you for being so greedy for money !!!”
“I originally purchased my CPAP through MedCare. When trying to re-order a mask they couldn't even tell me what I had been provided. They unfortunately couldn't help me unless I drove 90 minutes to their offices. So, I called Westbrook Rx and they were able to determine what I needed based on the brand name & a description of the mask. The new mask was reasonably priced and arrived in 2 days. They were so very helpful!”

“Wow...couldn't have asked for an easier process in getting my CPAP machine! From Austin's first call to discuss what the process would be and her assistance in scheduling the appointment with George to George's arrival, everything was smooth and unobtrusive to my schedule/time. George was so kind and knowledgeable as well as funny - made the process of setting up the machine and giving me instructions so simple (and sort of made me interested in going to sleep right away!).
