Sue Mackey was excellent, explained everything as we progressed, answered all my questions and kept me moving forward but stayed within the safe limits of my doctor's orders. My in-person therapy group stated that I had progressed beyond what they normally see.

“Very good experience at Compression management. The staff is wonderful but, their billing practices are atrocious. Why should customers pre-pay for their compression garments before compression management submits their bill to the insurance company? That’s why we pay insurance so we don’t have to pay out-of-pocket I will be going to another company for my compression garments one that will submit my insurance claim before I have to go into my pocket to pay out large amounts of money. I’m on a fixed income I’m a retired postal worker, and this is how they treat their patients shame on you Compression management, shame on you for being so greedy for money !!!”

“I rented a hospital bed for my mom while she was staying at Brookdale Senior Living for 2 months. Westbrook made the process simple and had her bed delivered the next day and assembled in her room before she arrived. They also followed up a couple weeks before our rental was up to remind me and help me schedule a pick up. I went back here and purchased a mobility scooter for my mom, as well.
