We sat there for over two hours. Everybody that came in after us was called back. Then she asked me if I was waiting on discharge papers when we weren’t even seen.! We left and will never return!! Absolutely ridiculous!! They never even asked us the reason for our visit. what if it was something severe? Totally uncalled for.

The Doctor that took care of me was caring and was wonderful. PROPS TO HER!!! The nurses on the other hand were not friendly and felt shamed for being sick. The one nurse administered a shot, AFTER asking what is was, (with attitude she told me), then did not warn me of the effects. Arm was on fire! Then had a panic attack in front of the doctor. Other nurse shamed me for being in pain and visibly uncomfortable.
Mentioned prior, the doctor was fantastic and felt taken care off by her. (not the nurses) Want to make that well known.

Amazing staff got me in efficiently and quickly when I had an injury. The staff knew what needed to happen, and calmly but quickly explained what was happening. I’m a bit squeamish and they were understanding and non-judgmental.

I went to MedExpress because it's close and convenient. In all of my experiences there, I have always been impressed with their customer service and the medical attention that I received.

Had a bad fall, was worried I damaged my knee. Took a chance and headed here around 5:45pm on a Tuesday. Was told they could get me in but there would be a wait. No prob.
They got me a wheelchair and an ice pack.
Called me in around 7:30, out the door before 8. Got 3 x-rays, and they bandaged up all my wounds (I fell down some stairs onto concrete, then rolled a few times, I got banged up!). No breaks! Yeah!
The doctor even wheeled me to the front door so I didn't have to walk so far.
It seemed that people with appointments were taken before me. Really didn't bother me but you can set that up online. Just a heads up.
Everyone was really nice. I'd definitely go back.

Clean facility that seems to be well staffed I was pleased with the PA as well as the two women who took vitals and took a history By the way, I am ftom OOS on vacation .

Went in for an urgent apparent injury at 2pm. Staff told me the soonest they could take me is 5pm and I would have to make an appointment. There was no one in the waiting room. No cars in the lot. they were all just sitting at their desks on their phones. It was a clear injury that needed more urgent attention than 2.5 hours from now. Was not pleasant in explaining why this is the case other than the “dr is busy.” But was able to go back and ask for the wait time. Seems like they were lying just to not do work on Sunday.

Staff was nice, facility clean.
My only comment is that the seating is not body size inclusive. There was only one larger size seat in the waiting room and it was occupied. So, stood for awhile. All other chairs had arm rest and not wide enough to fit. Even the triage and exam rooms only had smaller size chairs with arm rests.
If having more larger size chairs is too expensive please consider adding a few armless chairs. If there is concern that someone will fall off an armless chair place them it in a corner area. Or consider having a few armless in the office area that can be requested. Note: I think it was more of a fall risk that I sat on the round wheeled staff chair that is normally for the doctor/CRNP to use than if I sat in a regular arm chair.

The doctor and Staff were the best in every way!
It was a wait but totally worth it. I received excellent care, advice, information and respect even though it was busy. Excellent and impressive!

Brian Pa was very efficient and handle my care with great expertise. Being a health care member myself makes me appreciate Brian and the time he took to look into my history and choose the right medication for me. All the staff was very supportive and treated me with the upmost care! Thank you.

They are caring and patient. They followed up to let me know what the test results were, which is wonderful. It’s always good to know what is going on so that you do not worry.
