Dr. Akbarian was very knowledgeable and so kind. I can’t remember my nurses name but she was also very kind and caring. I could tell she was hoping I felt better just as much as I hoped to feel better. The front desk staff was great as well, I was very sick but they still made me smile.
Little bit of a wait but that’s not an issue when the service is top tier!

I had to go to medexpress because of my injury being work related. The first day I went they said they didn't have a rad tech to take an X-ray and to come back in 3 days. So when I went back the second time to get the X-ray to confirm my broken rib. Every follow up involved about 2mins then the Dr tells me to come back in 2 weeks. Went to my follow up and once again the Dr didn't even exam me. He just gave me more paperwork stating I can't return to work. He didn't give me anything for the pain and spasms. I'm disappointed in the care that they have provided. On the positive side the office people are very nice. Tho the Dr that I have doesn't seem to want to provide quality care. Can't say anything about the other Drs.

Came on a Friday at about 1. They said I couldn't be seen til 6. Just for an observed pee test. They asked me to come back between 8am-10am. I got back the next day sat in lobby 30 minutes for them to tell me they have no male on staff currently and I need to go to a different office. Even after I told them I don't care if a female observed. Ridiculous if that is the situation maybe you should have males also scheduled at all times of the day. If you work in th3 medical field observing a pee test should be am expectation. And if not atleast have both genders working at all times...

Went to window 2 on 08-23-24 between 2 & 3 PM. told lady I injured my wrist and I sat there for 2 hours for them to tell me they were not taking xrays

I stopped here this year for employment-related tests and encountered the rudest, most unhelpful receptionist I ever met. She was obstinate and chose to simply lecture me about all the stuff they wouldn't do, wouldn't listen when I explained what I needed. She refused to understand, I got increasingly frustrated, and then she had the gall to blame *me* for her bad attitude, refused to check me in, and saw fit to mock my employment situation. (I left and went to a different MedExpress location with a competent, civil receptionist.) I will never return to this MedExpress location.

Everyone in the staff (particularly the woman at reception) was friendly and kind. This was my first time there and I was honestly surprised by how seamless and pleasant the experience was.

The staff at the desk was very courteous. I was a walk-in and they said I'd have to wait about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, I was seen promptly. The PA I met with had thoroughly gone through my information and was very helpful. Thanks so much for great service.

Kim was attentive and very helpful. I called prior to coming Tuesday after work. I needed testing. Kim advised if you can come now please do before we fill up! I obliged. She greeted me with a friendly smile. So professional and pleasant. Thank you Kim

Had a 1:30 PM appointment and didn't see any medical staff until after 2 PM. Also, I was uncomfortable leaving my driver's license and medical card with a clerk at the desk. All the information on those cards had been taken. I had to keep reminding myself to ask for my cards back when I was leaving.
