Extremely friendly and excellent service! Called and spoke with a Mike who was very helpful and kind, he sent over a gentleman named Ray for the tow who also was just above and beyond and incredibly friendly. They were quick and knowledgeable, had my car to the shop within an hour of having called. Highly recommend and cannot express my thanks enough! Thank you!!

I paid the impound fee and arranged to have my car towed out of their lot. I confirmed with them everything was OK for this to happen. When the tow truck showed up, they “accidentally” told the driver that I didn’t pay the fee, so he couldn’t get my car out. Then the driver cancelled and I had to get a new tow truck, even though I had paid and it was their mistake. They make it very difficult to get your car out so they get more fees. Even after admitting it was their mistake and I had to schedule a whole new tow truck, they told me if I didn’t have it out by 4:30pm then they would charge me an extra fee for weekend storage. Insane that they admitted it was their fault my car didn’t leave on time, and they still threatened to charge me extra! No apologies, just “you better get your car out on time or else” I hope to never deal with this place again.

They took real good care of my vehicles. Been using them for a while now. My 53 Hudson broke down fuel pump went out and when AAA told me that it was going to be a 3 hour wait they had a truck to me in a hour. Jessie the driver was very professional and friendly. He brought my car home safely and was even able to put it in its spot which wasn’t in an easy place to park. Thanks for all the help would highly recommend them.
