I was disappointed to follow up on my order to find it was shipped to the wrong address after a week of waiting. Today upon following up I was advised of the error and that it will be another 3-5 business days to get my items.

We were very pleased with the service we received at Mattress Firm, especially working with Amber. We made several visits to explore different options and were given very good information on each. We did not feel pressured to buy immediately but there was sufficient followup to make sure we had all of our questions answered. The delivery service was also prompt and professional.

Nicole was amazing: knowledgeable, friendly, positive...I could go on and on. She made mattress buying fun and accessible. She wasn't pushy, she never tried to talk over us, and she listened to what we wanted instead of trying to force us into options we didn't need (like the associate at the Ross Park flagship store -_-). Thank you, Nicole!!!!!!

They do not explain the return policy clearly. Now I am stuck with a mattress that is causing neck and back pain.

I dealt with Amber & was very happy with all the help from her. Amber was very knowledgeable about beds & was able to help me. I got a great deal with a DreamCloud, it was just delivered and set up. The delivery guys were very helpful too. They set up my bed & showed me how to work my remote for it. I would recommend this store.

I literally can’t say enough about Amber. I just bought a brand new mattress last year and realized that my sad old pillows weren’t getting the job done. I wandered in expecting to be bombarded with hopes of making a sale (even though I was just looking for pillows) and was exceptionally surprised. She took me through a whole quiz and got me set up with three perfect pillows that I absolutely adore! Thanks so much for taking care of the little guy.

We had to purchase several mattresses and have them delivered out of state. Amber was super helpful in determining what we needed, helping with the logistics, and finding the best deal that met our needs. She stayed late to help us finish everything without making us feel rushed. On delivery day she checked in to make sure everything went without a hitch, which it did. The delivery team was fast, efficient and really helpful.
