While the people here are very nice and accommodating, i have a bone to pick with whoever came up with the different tiers of expertise. For one, this business model exploits “entry” level technicians by pricing their work at a much lower price than an “advanced” technician. By labeling them as “entry”, it suggests to the customer that they are not as skilled or knowledgeable, and therefore, they get less bookings. Second, after seeing an “advanced” nail tech for a year, they promoted her to “expert” and now I, a loyal customer, am all of a sudden expected to pay more for the same service. This leaves me in an awkward place as now I am forced to choose to either pay more for a manicure that already costs way more than it should, or to leave my nail tech and be bumped down to someone who is “entry” level. This is a bad business model because it doesn’t value established loyalty nor respect for the returning customer by keeping the price the same, even when the nail tech is promoted. Instead, don’t add new technicians unless they feel 100% confident and skilled in their work, as this will assure customer satisfaction. Another bad business model this salon has chosen to adopt is not keeping the salon open over the weekends. This is unrealistic as most people that pay 80+ dollars for a manicure usually have jobs and work during the week. This cuts the customer pool by at least 25%, as this schedule is not accommodating towards people who work full time jobs. I understand not being open on sunday, but a few hours on a saturday surely wont hurt. Lastly, the lack of services this salon offers in terms of different types of manicures leave something to be desired. Being a natural nail based salon is a great selling point. However, there are ways to implement new services while keeping that boundary in place, such as using forms to add a natural extension to the nail. Manikure has many things they need to work on, and I hope this review will be considered when adding new changes to their business model. Sincerely, an ex loyal customer.

My nails don't even look real--that's how good they look. I love the holistic approach to nail care that the nail artists take here. Everyone is very friendly and professional also! :)

I have been going to Maniküre for a little over a year and I could not be happier with the service I receive!! Olivia is who I usually see but have been with others a few times. The atmosphere is so welcoming and fun. I always look forward to my appointments because they really are a relaxing experience. I put my nails through a lot (I know bad for them) but I have to say they always hold up well. Their color selection always has the perfect shade I'm looking for and my nails look so good every time. Highly recommend!!

I really wanted to like this place... but I won't be back. Let me preface that I have been here twice. My nails always turn out looking good in the end but for what cost? There is no "luxury" or "natural" spa like experience. Techs are very quiet and environment feels tense. They do not give lotion or provide any hand massage. Techs are very rough with cuticles and e-filing.No cuticle softener is used. They push back your cuticles with a dry piece of metal equipment which hurts! I've never had anywhere do that and I get my nails done a lot since I move around for work.... also they cut back the cuticles to literally nothing which is SO unhealthy for nails and causes bacteria growth. The Salon could learn more about "healthy" nails since they advertise as being "natural"on Instagram. They e-file down your natural nail to nothing and then paint on structured gel to replicate what your nail should look like instead of actually fostering the natural nail they destroy it!

I have been getting my nails done for at least 30 years. I've never experienced anything quite like I did yesterday. Taz, was my nail tech. She was phenomenal! She was so knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing while making sure I was doing okay the entire time. What made it such a wonderful experience was, first, I didn't feel rushed. Secondly, My appointment was at 6:00 and my nails were started at 6:00. Third, It was obvious that Taz has a real passion for what she does! I could really go on forever. The entire experience was a positive one from start to finish!!! Oh, and being offered wine was definitely a plus ?❤️

If I could rate Manikure a million stars, I would. I've been a returning customer for years! The whole staff, especially Tori, is excellent, and I will never go anywhere else for my nails. I am so thankful for Stephanie for keeping my nails in check and always going along with my ideas. My nails have never been longer or stronger! I tell everyone to go here.Services: Nail art
